  I’d give it a zero if I could. My beach club was missing avocado and cucumber and instead had seasoning and onions on it, neither of which I asked for. Could hardly tell there was any mayo on it. Thanks for the turkey and cheese 👎

  I’ve had bad experiences here in the past - but these last few times, they’ve been wonderful. The staff are generally chill and agreeable. They are still humans, but the entire place feels much more welcoming! That’s seriously a good thing, their presentation is right up there with some of the best JJs service ive found in nearby areas. Just today, I ordered a sandwich, and it came as a wrap instead of on bread - an easy mistake seeing as it’s marketed as a wrap that I customized, I’d even make it myself if I was moving too quickly. I called - was told “yeah for sure, someone will remake it and bring it right back.” I’m currently waiting for the delivery, already off the phone seconds later, and there was no fuss. I could be disheartened that there was a mistake, but cleaning up mistakes is harder than not making them. This went well, I appreciate them for their understanding that I’ve been dreaming about this sandwich all week, and helping me to get it right. It’s the small things. Please keep doing them - we see you.

  Very disappointed today. Ordered a #9 add hot peppers and paid for the pepper but my sandwich did not have any hot peppers. They even called it out in the store “#9 add hot peppers “. Unfortunately I got it to go so did not realize until I was 30min away. Would be nice if I could somehow get a refund.
