It was an okay experience until this customer came in from Jimmy John’s next door, pulled his jeans down to his knees, then adjusted himself and sat at a table by us. There were kids around at tables and he stared off into outer space just making people uncomfortable to go over by the beverage area or to go grab utensils or anything cause there he was full underwear and inappropriateness. Staff just ignored it. People walked out. He left to use the rest room and left his stuff there but didn’t hesitate to adjust himself as he walked around. It was unsettling to see. Especially with children there. I lost my appetite and didn’t finish my lunch.

This should have been prevented, especially during a busy rush. When I asked if that was all the chicken they had left, the employee looked at another worker, who said, "Oh crap," and yelled to the back to start making more. That's when I was told it would be another 10–15 minutes. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to notice you're running low on your most popular item and start cooking more before you run out. Unfortunately, I had to get back to work and couldn't wait any longer. My entire break was wasted, and I didn't even get to eat. I can't eat red meat because of a medical condition, and I don't like the other chicken options, so I had no choice but to leave empty-handed. This completely ruined my night. Very disappointing experience.
