  The beef barbacoa Quesadilla is too small of a serving size for $15.15. I got 2 small rectangle folded slices with hardly any beef. The portions should be double for the high price. The sides of rice, pico, corn, and guac are a waste when you can’t use half of it on your tiny quesadilla. Don’t recommend going here for quesadillas, they skimp their portions bad.

  Did a mobile order and they mark it as ready for pick up on time even though they have not even started or ever worked on it. Food was 30 minutes past the pick-up time. Ridiculous how they get away with this. I was waiting while they were just working on orders people came in for. I was better off just waiting in line to order since it was faster than doing the mobile order. Definitely disappointed that they work like this. Don’t do mobile order and just go wait in line because they don’t care about doing any mobile orders

  The employees were obviously high and the one making my order put the lid on my bowl a couple of times before I was done ordering. Then, the cashier said they were out of the new chips, and when I asked for the regular ones, he said they were out of those too, but he didn't even check. Finally he couldn't figure out how to enter a gift card and took ~10 minutes pressing buttons before he just charged my card.

  Went here last night and my fiancée is gluten free and ordered as such. She ordered 3 tacos and the crew member began to pull out the soft shell tacos. We have rarely ate at any chipotle but asked if they were corn tortillas which the team member said yes. We then insisted again by asking if they were gluten free and she said she ask a coworker. She went over to the other team member in the corner and they laughed and had a conversation where the other team member nodded his head and laughed. So she came back and said yep, they’re gluten free and started to ask what kind of rice we wanted. I stepped in and asked her to throw the shells away because something seemed off about their conversation and just had my fiancée order a bowl.

  The employees at this location are using the extreme full potential of their massive brains. They put all of the online orders behind the register when it’s super busy so that you have to sit there and wait 20 minutes just to get your Order. Whoever manages this restaurant has to be a genius.
