  I know Chipotle has gone downhill lately, but this experience was especially frustrating. I did exactly what the CEO said customers should do if portions seem small — ask for more. I asked for extra meat and was still given what looked like two half scoops of carnitas, then got charged extra for it. There was clearly no “food wasting” happening here. I paid $14 for a bowl with white rice, carnitas, corn, cheese, and sour cream, and the total weight at home was only 350 grams. That’s unacceptable for the price. The customer service made it even worse. Two employees were rude, ignored basic small talk, and acted annoyed that they had to serve customers. The moaning and groaning over scooping food was unprofessional and made the whole experience uncomfortable. I used to enjoy coming to Chipotle, but experiences like this make it hard to justify coming back.

  Chipotle on cope avenue in Maplewood. I went there and I swear if any one of those people serving me would have smiled their face would have fell off. The most unfriendly people I've ever seen in my entire life. Then they just slap the food on and look at you like your crazy if you ask for anything. I will never go here again so rude

  I was there yesterday 4-30-2026. The place wasn't opened on time . The taller female working at the starting point was RUDE . Everytime I go to the establishment she's the same way . Other customers have cussed her out in the past . From her eye rolling , laughing at customers & talking under her breath to her co-worker . I watched her throw away numerous amounts of food all because she can't comprehend the customers order . The person in the back cutting meat had to put the chicken back on the grill because it wasn't done but told the short female to put some in my daughters bowl . At that point we walked out . I don't know what went that morning with all the workers but the bain wasn't even put together with all the food in it . I worked in food service for over 20 years & they need to get it together . As far as the RUDE worker she shouldn't be working with the public at all . DO BETTER‼️

  WARNING: Horrible location for pick up! I arrived at 8:30 pm and checked the mobile pick up rack - nothing. I waited a few minutes as I noticed 5 other people waiting for their orders (their own and/or picking up for DoorDash orders). We all waited at least 15 minutes before orders slowly were being completed. Around 30 minutes later I asked a lady how long she had waited and she shared she had been waiting for an hour for a DoorDash order! I asked the cashier if he could look into the status of my order and he never got back to me. Eventually at 9:15 this young man came in to check his schedule and saw his crew members extremely struggling and was able to look into mine and another ladies order and got them started. Super thankful for that man! Chipotle please look into those that were working on Friday, April 17th between 8pm to closing. That crew needs serious help and retraining. And that young man who stepped in to help needs a raise! If it was an option I would have selected 0 stars for everything.
