  Ordered online and asked for extra rice and double chicken. Took my food home and opened it up and looked to only have a single portion. Barely filled up the bowl. Saddest thing to come home to when I was excited to eat chipotle. Will not order from this place again.

  They only give you little portions of food even when you tell them you’ll pay for extra. The colored woman making my food was acting very unprofessional saying one of her employees is a snitch. Ignorant and unprofessional. Never again

  Whoever the young black girl who was working today 9/9/26 around 4:45pm was very rude. She kept trying to rush me while I was telling her what toppings I wanted. Seems like she may have been training in a new girl the new girl was friendly. She was rude and had a straight up attitude. I will never come back to this location. Bad enough your store stays dirty every time I seem to come in but the service makes it impossible want to purchase anything from them. She wouldn’t want someone being rude to them so don’t be rude to others.

  The food was extremely salty. I only ate a few bites and had to throw the rest away because I could not eat it. The location also looked dirty and the cleanliness needs improvement. Very disappointing experience.

  I visited this Chipotle on Friday afternoon. Me and my sister from out of state and when I walked in the establishment. I was greeted by a lovely young lady mysher I think that's what she said her name was beautiful smile great at customer service so that's why service got a five star from me. I watch this young lady work hard with the kitchen full of people in the back only two people in the front in the one person that was in the front left her and then the line started to get piled up behind me as she was making my order she had to go and continue to make everybody else's order she kept apologizing but I understood that she was the only one actually doing some work out front trying to get the customers out I kindly asked her where her help was her reply was she appreciates my patience then i waited till she made other orders as if I wasn't looking at other people standing around in the kitchen I asked to speak to her manager when she finally did get to the register the manager proceeds to come from the back very sloppy looking no eye contact no sincere apology about how my visit had went the things that are manager of a store is supposed to do he gave me a business card that was placed at the front in front of the register and told me I could call and complain but he was missing the whole fact that I wanted to give gratitude for the young lady that was in the front and I politely asked him to get her some help out there it is not fair that she is being overworked while the rest of the kitchen is in the back where we can clearly see them doing nothing this was unacceptable the food was cold by time I got to where I was going and I was very disappointed in my visit it needs better management more teamwork
