From the fingerprints all over the door, to dirty tables (while 3 staff stood around), and unavailable toppings, this was so unprofessional. Mine had something mango in it that shouldn't be there. I had to beg for a reasonable portion of chicken, and all our food was cold! Need to do better folks or there will be no restaurant!

Then the next guy added the sauces and couldn't fold my burrito. So he double wrapped it with 2 tortillas. Then he prepared the next 2 people without cashing me out. He also failed to wrap both of their burritos. I took the bag and when I got home the bag was soaked with grease because he didn't use enough foil and everything fell out on my driveway.

The counter is also very messy and the staff just runs your tortilla down the line over the grime. Do not intend to go here anytime before 11:30 if you don’t want to wait for doors to open…You are butter off going further north to the Chipotle near Maplewood mall for better consistency.

- GHgabe hareJul 24, 20261.0Was waiting in line around 9:50, and when we were walking in we noticed that they were cleaning right next to the food using chemicals that ended up splashing into the food. The customer in front of us noticed as well, and when they told the worker cleaning to not do that around the food the worker didn’t seem to care at all. All of us ended up leaving the store due to uncertainty whether it would be safe to eat.
