- JBJustine Booker4 days ago2.0Staff struggled with my name after me spelling it 3 times, spicy jalapeño chicken sandwich tastes like it was cooked in old grease. No napkins in the bag. Food quality not the best at this location. First visit here.

I get to the window the Hispanic lady Manger with a teal shirt on tells me "we have been closed for 4 minutes and continues to ask me if I drove through the cones? I explain that there were no cones and that the other lady already took my order. She turns to the cashier and ask if she took my order? She says yeah, the manager turns to me and says we only have grilled nuggets left would you like those. I say no then she says yeah we are closed I have a fry and I could get the drink if you want that. No thank you and I leave. However, on my way out I go to look to see what cones and the cones still not up. I don't ever expect that kind of service from Chick-fil-A. I'm very disappointed in this location.

Then got home and realized they didn't give us any sauce for the nuggets. Also nothing on the deluxe chicken sandwich besides ONE pickle... So we had gross drinks, chicken with no sauce, and a deluxe sandwich with nothing on it. WASTE OF MONEY
