Came in with a group of 8 and my child had to use the restroom we were refused the code until after we ordered for our whole group the lady with the slime green hair was beyond rude and disrespectful

The staff would not brew my step mom fresh coffee which I found odd, even thoughshe askedpolitely. They also got out orders mixed up, didn't seem to have any remorse, but definitely a bit of attitude 🤷🏽♂️🙅🏽♂ Would not go back to this location if given the choice. The food was alright and the store was clean, but empty.

I have mixed experiences with this location giving me the correct food items. This is the only caribou I go to that doesn't give me what I order half of the time. If I order a blueberry muffin and chocolate cake pop, why am I receiving a croissant and bday cake pop. Pay attention to the stuff you are giving your customers because we are the ones spending the money to come in. Had I had the time to come back to correct the order I would have and I wouldn't have been very happy about it. PAY ATTENTION.
Other customers: if you are reading this, look at the food before driving away so you are not disappointed the way I am this morning.

Just spent one hour waiting for a box of coffee. How can it take an hour to fill a box of coffee? They said they didn't have time to fill the Box because they were so busy feeling coffee cups for other customers. Well hello we're a customer too and we just waited an hour. Just horrible service. Should have gotten the coffee for free. Tried to call the manager afterwards to talk this over and they are not answering their phone. This is a horrible location and I will never spend a dime in that location again.
