  Its honestly just a drive through kinda like chick fila.people have tablets you order and pull up and another person hands you your drink. Its not a place to sit down and have coffee or dirty soda. I had the salt Carmel iced coffee and it was good. Look at menu before you go otherwise they have a paper copy they will hand you. The service was good people are happy and have good suggestions for drinks. The parking lot drive through on the otherhand was a bad idea. They have a lot blocked off for the long lines. Go around 3pm no ones there really.

  This morning I sat in line for almost 20 minutes and watched three workers standing around and seemingly flirting with a group of boys in a big lifted truck rather than moving down the line and taking orders. They were doing 360’s for them and giggling with their hands over their mouths. In my lane we sat and waited for this tomfoolery to end while the inside line continued to move. The boys in the truck went on to road rage, honking and throwing middle fingers up to another car at the traffic light next to the business and then peeled off leaving smoking tire tracks. Definitely the types of people you want to leave customers hanging to impress. This location is so slow for obvious reasons. Go elsewhere.

  Drinks are great, service at this location is abysmal. I think it actually takes less time to drive the extra miles to the Vadnais Heights location and wait through their lines (that are actually long) because at least they keep them moving. Takes maybe 10 minutes, tops. Multiple times now we’ve gotten stuck for over 15 minutes with only a couple cars in front, while watching workers (who are clearly on the line, not on a break) just goof off with other cars or other employees at this location. Zero sense of urgency, even when the cars start piling up behind and the other line is zooming through. Everyone is nice when they finally decide to make the time, but quite frankly that’s not enough. It really seems like they can’t figure it out or don’t care to. We will be avoiding this location after going multiple times and having a smooth, quick experience only once.

  Of course this place just opened so I knew it’d be a little chaotic. I think a huge improvement they could make is better signage when you get into the parking lot. There are some medians there where they could add signs to direct people which row to go down. You should go all the way down past Michael’s to the last row before turning right toward the drive thru. People were trying to cut into the rows early and having to make a tight reverse because there are cones blocking the end of every row (seems annoying for customers at the other stores). Also, there is no exit lane. Once you are in, you’re stuck there. Some people behind the front of the line got their drinks first but still had to wait for the person in front of them to leave. The service was the other issue, I want to give some grace because they are young workers. I was super frustrated because I just wanted to order an iced latte with salted caramel, a basic drink on their website and one I got at a TX location. The drive thru employee seemed confused and stuck on the classic menu. She offered the sweet and salty breve instead which has salted caramel and white chocolate. I tried to explain that if that drink has salted caramel, then they have the syrup and I just wanted to add it to a latte. I eventually gave up when she wasn’t getting it and ordered the breve and customized it to make a latte with no chocolate and regular milk. I also asked for only two pumps of white chocolate in a different drink and instead got an extra two pumps of chocolate. Their drinks are already quite sweet and I usually order half sweet to avoid this. Overall, definitely some improvements to be made and it would be helpful for employees to learn the base of each type of drink so they know how to enter it in their system.

  This was my first time going to 7 Brew. First let me say the employees were amazing! It is a friendly and fun atmosphere. There were a ton of cars but the wait wasn’t long at all. My only problem was my drink. It was tasty. I ordered a small shake and was surprised how big the serving was. However, I ordered a shake and it wasn’t frozen at all. When I heard the word shake, I assume it is a frozen ice cream shake. This was soupy and not frozen or shake-like at all. For that reason I was disappointed. I’m not sure if I would return as this would be the only thing I would order. But, like I said it was delicious, just not what I was hoping for. A+ to the young woman who took my order and the one who gave me my drink. I wish I got their names because they deserve to be recognized.
