  I arrived to pick up our pizzas towards the end of our 15 minute window of when we were told it would be ready. There was 1 other person waiting. I told the gal at the counter the name, she looked at the boxes and then went back to applying stickers to pizza boxes, no communication as to if they were ready or how long it’d take. The other gal got her pizza and left meanwhile several others came and left with their pizzas. Many too waited awhile for their pizzas. It got to a point that a few were even going behind the counter to read the names on the boxes because the gal at the counter was not communicating with any of us. I went up a second time to ask if our pizza was ready, she checked the boxes and proceeded to applying stickers to boxes, again with no update as to when they’d be ready. Through out this time I saw someone come back in because of their order being messed up. A few minutes later our pizza was finally ready. I checked our pizzas and 1 of the 3 was not what we ordered so I returned to the counter to let them know. They ended up making a new pizza while I waited some more. Finally, after a 40 minute wait, I left with my correct order.

  This Papa Johns is the best pizza place by far. They are the friendliest people you will meet at a pizza joint, and they are incredibly nice. Pizza is on point as per all Papa Johns, but this place also puts out a huge number of codes that makes the Papa Johns a LOT cheaper. I love these deals and I use them all the time.

  A pizza place that using doordash is already horrible. Then you don't give the driver my order but someone else's, then when I call you say its still at the store but just to put the order in again and you'll get it send? Like the one that's been sitting there? No. Didn't evenspynd sorry. Probably happens alot. Like I get being busy and under staffed but own up to the mistakes and actually sound sorry. You are being paid for customer service. If you don't like it, find a new job.

  I do not recommend this location. They mixed up my order. I ordered 2 pizzas: pepperoni and pineapple + Alfredo sauce with meatballs and pineapple. They ended up putting them in the wrong boxes. The Alfredo pizza did not have sauce and there was only pepperoni, the second pizza ONLY had pineapples. The only thing the location got right was my breadsticks. I do not recommend this place. I can’t get a refund because the location was closed after.
