I worked at Mc Donalds 10 years ago and I knew how to navigate their desk kiosk better than the folks working there... I can't do my own order at the self kiosk because it doest allow for me to make a special order, Mc double add Mc chicken patty... You'd think it would be easy.... But no they had to shuffle around back for a manager to take my order and when I got it I was missing all my fries! I had to wait another long while befor someone would acknowledge me and ask what I needed and I told them I'm missing my fries completely from my order. Kids these days...
