Ordered online through Jimmy Johns, had the order delivered through uber eats. My sandwich felt awfully thin, opened it up and had three slices of ham that looked spoiled, 1 1/2 slices of cheese, asked for extra mayo and I think they purposely put barley any on, 4 pickles spread out and some nasty jelly like substance which she claims is oil & vinegar (I order from here almost weekly and never have seen that). Called and asked for either a refund or new order delivered and she demanded I bring the sandwich back to know what's wrong with it, no apology or anything. Brought the sandwich in and was told it was made how it was ordered so they would not remake it or refund me. Terrible.
