    I ordered online pickup before my husband, while my husband went in to place his order & pick up mine. We waited 30 minutes for my sandwich, while they made his immediately and any guest that came in after us had theirs made immediately. It’s like they purposely screw over the online orders….

    Multiple bad experiences here sometimes still bread other times full out hairs mixed in throughout the sandwiches. They literally couldn’t even pull out because it was so deeply buried in there! They did apologize, but it wasn’t a one time thing- gross
