  I wanted to place an order, and when I asked about the specials a surly woman told me to look at the menu Then when I was ready to order, no one attended to me This happened during the third shift.

  Ordered a speciality pizza and got a no topping one. Store would not refund or remake because they said the app wrote the order up that way. We still paid the extra $3 for no toppings at all, no one enjoyed it.

  Ordered pizzas but was never delivered even thought it said it did. Shortly received an email “That delivery was not what we hoped it would be” offering limited time discount due to “letting you down”. Called the store, was told that they were backed up and that it’s on its way. 3 hours later. Called again and asked what was going on and was told they were backed up and that there’s nothing they could do and unable to do refunds. Is this some kind Company policy? It’s understandable to be backed up and short staffed but why isn’t a refund available when the order never came through nor delivered? Well, there goes some cash down the drain. Super disappointing.

  They now require you to spend $18 to deliver. Never ordering delivery form this location again. Also the free two-topping medium pizza code you sometimes get is now only delivery.

  I ordered and picked up dominos last night around 10 PM. I arrived at 10:20ish and went inside to grab my order. The dominos was soooooo busy. They were working on probably 30 orders all at once so I had about another 25 minutes before I could expect my food. The manager was so good at keeping me and everyone else who was waiting for their food informed and updated on their order. He was also so kind, and all of the employees were running the store like a well oiled machine. Super big kudos to them because they got all of the orders out almost exactly when the app was saying they would.
