  Huge shoutout to Garland! From the moment we walked in, he went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. His energy, kindness, and customer service were truly top tier. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making people feel welcomed and taken care of, but Garland absolutely does. Thank you for making our visit so much fun and memorable. Dave & Buster’s is lucky to have you!

  Redeming high ticket items take forever. When they take your money it they take it asap. Got told within a day. 2 days have passed and no call. Why is it difficult to pay up?

  We went to Dave & Buster's for Mother's Day morning and had a great time. The kids had a blast playing games, the Sunday half-price games promotion was awesome, and it ended up being way more relaxing than trying to do either a formal restaurant with the kids, or trying to figure out what buffet foods they'll actually eat. Our server, Jake, was wonderful. We were kind of all over the place between the table and the games, but he was super attentive the whole time and always made sure we had what we needed. Just nice all around and on top of it. Also, the food was really good. We got a lot of appetizers and I could eat twenty of those soft pretzels. The guac was good, and my Bloody Mary was delicious. And the chicken tenders passed the picky-child test! What started out as a hopefully this works Mother's Day plan honestly turned into a potential annual tradition for our family. We'll definitely be back!

  Garland our Server was amazing, super helpful. We have a kid with lots of allergies and he was willing to change anything we needed to make sure all our families needs were met.

  Great place to eat and play games but very expensive. $75 for 500 "game tokens" on a card. Each game takes roughly 5-12 tokens per game. $120 plus tip for 2 drinks, 3 meals (one of which was discounted a bunch because we bought the token package) and 2 drinks. Don't get me wrong, I have zero complaints about the service, environment, activities, or anything else, but the price is cost prohibitive. It can only be a once-in-a-great-while or special occasion location, not a regular destination.
