  Margo the Kitchen Manager was phenomenal, she was courteous, helpful, and polite. The kitchen staff did their thing serving hot fresh food that was really good! The bartender was super friendly and helpful and the wait staff was great! They checked in a few times and kept of drinks full!

  Had an awesome time at Dave & Buster’s! The atmosphere was fun and energetic, with a huge variety of games for all ages. The food was surprisingly good, the drinks were great, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and we had a blast earning tickets and trying out different games. Whether you’re going with friends, family, or for a date night, it’s a great place to relax and have fun. We’ll definitely be back!

  If we could give zero stars we would. Came to celebrate father's day with my husband and 5 year old son. First we were sat right away which was cool. Instantly greeted by our server. I told her my husband had never been there and it had been a long time since I was at a Dave n Busters. She rushed us, seemed irritated when I was unsure about what i wanted and EACH of our 3 entrees came out at separate times. For the amount we paid we should have had way better service.

  Came here with family for my son’s birthday. Our Server Ella was extremely attentive and polite. She made our visit feel very warm and made sure to accommodate all of our needs. She listened and interacted with my son and made sure we never ran out of beverages. Good customer service is really the foundation of gaining repeat business and Ella was amazing!

  My family and I had a wonderful experience at Dave & Buster’s in Maple Grove, and our server, Garland, made it even more special. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. He was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and made sure our food and drinks came out quickly and exactly as ordered. Throughout our visit, Garland checked on us regularly, kept our drinks refilled, and made sure everything tasted great. The food was delicious, the drinks were refreshing, and his outstanding service tied everything together. He treated my family with kindness, patience, and professionalism, making us feel valued as guests. This was by far one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at Dave & Buster’s, and Garland played a huge role in that. His positive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service turned a regular outing into a memorable one. Thank you, Garland, for going above and beyond—we can’t wait to come back!
