Katelyn is the best server!! Anticipated our needs, steered us the right way with drinks and food, added to our overall fun family night! Thanks, Katelyn!

Had my daughter’s birthday party here a few months ago. The food was great and we had a lot of fun. Our server could be better. I felt we were ignored. Keeps forgetting to refill our drinks. I asked for to-go boxes and he forgot twice walking past us. I had to keep reminding him. I still gave him a 20% tip because that’s just the person I am. If I am serviced by him again in the future and I receive the same lack of service, I will be tipping zero.

Went there yesterday for my nephews bday party party of 13 they told us it be a 20% gratitude fee which we paid for on top of our pill with all separate checks The waitress was rude and unprofessional we even complained to the Manager about her service he didn’t seem to care on top of that yall want proof that we was there yesterday the 26? The waitress was uptight and kept walking away like she didn’t want to serve us and redish blonde manger didn’t care what we had to say on top of that yall got a bartender who I been there plenty times before gotten free drinks from without pay the short one to be exact with small mustache we just wanted good service ect but even the manager didn’t care what we had to say on top of that some people didn’t get they food at our table yall was still trying to charge us ect the only thing good about this place is the people playing games ect they were so nice and the kids and families the staff ect I give a 1/10 yall suck with this being my nephew 10th birthday and the service should’ve been top tier even with us complaining and now yall saying yall need proof? I can post pics and video ect what I don’t appreciate is the lack of costumer service ectI won’t be back here ever unless of course I’m getting free drinks from my fav bartender as always
