  I had ordered a particular ice cream cake online, assuming that this process reserves one of that type. This is not the case, as when I arrived to pick it up I was told they were out of that type.

  This location saved the day when we had a terrible experience at the Plymouth Location (1+ hour wait, unsanitary employee conduct). Although they were busy, they had an efficient system of keeping on top of things and communicating where the order was in the process. Overall, I didn't mind that my food took 4 minutes longer than quoted because the employee made sure to keep me updated on the process and was very kind.

  Assistant manager is extremely rude. Placed a mobile order around 3:50pm for pick up. I arrived around 4pm and went inside to pick up as I had another mobile order under a different name. The employee was rude and told me I had to basically wait until 4:20pm. Mind you there was no line or customers behind me. Instead of making my order, he just complained. Horrible customer service and will not be coming here again. I’d rather drive to the Plymouth location where customer service is better. They better process my refund or they will hear from me. 😤

  ordered the banana split and the bannas were over ripe and turning to brown mush and the jelly on the image doesnt exist, theres nasty pineapple chunks piled over the entire thing with 2 slices of strawberry on the side but no mountains of ice cream either, just mostly melted slop. the employee seemed nice but oa needs to do an inspection here and the pineapple should be mentioned as part of the split. as many people find anything cover in pineapple juice is repulsive. wasted the money really...didnt even open it. i just threw it away. why go back if the main ingredient wasnt even prepared or kept to temp properly

  Extremely dirty. Unorganized. Toppings only on top of blizzard, straight vanilla all the way through. Lack of lesdership.
