I ordered a bowl with double steak and queso, but received a chicken bowl that didn’t match my order at all. I contacted Chipotle support through the app and they provided fair compensation, which I appreciated. At first, I assumed it was just a simple mix-up. Then I noticed there appeared to be two order stickers on the lid of the bowl. My order sticker was placed over another sticker. When I peeled it back, I found the original order information underneath, and it was for a DoorDash customer. The ingredients listed on that order matched the bowl I actually received. That made me question whether my order was ever made at all. It looked like a bowl that had been prepared for someone else and never picked up, and then my sticker was placed over it. What makes this even more concerning is that the bowl was cold. Not slightly cooled off, but genuinely cold. My drive home was only about 8 minutes, and I picked the order up at the exact time I had requested it to be ready. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate that customer service made things right. But receiving another customer’s order with my sticker placed over theirs is concerning and doesn’t seem like a normal order mix-up. Hopefully management looks into what happened because this felt like more than an honest mistake.

We are half way between this Chipotle and the other one in Maple Grove. We gladly pay the extra door dash fee to be able to pick which chipotle our order comes from. When we use the Chipotle app to order we can tell when it comes from this one (the bad one). I'm trying to think of how to describe how it's bad compared to others but the words to do it justics don't exist. I guess if you know you know. When my wife asks if I want Chipotle my answer is always "only if it's from the good one." So anyone planning to eat here just no it's not really Chipotle it's Temu Chipotle.
