  Pick up order for 9:00pm but wasn't ready for another 20mins. Food was terrible, missing entree, no chicken in bowl, quesadilla didn't have melted cheese, and very very small amount of meat in bowl. Terrible.

  Nicole was extremely condescending and unprofessional. She accused my sister of getting lemonade instead of water without ever seeing her fill the cup and made her dump out her drink in front of everyone, which was embarrassing and unnecessary. When we tried to explain what happened, she repeatedly interrupted us and told us, "Bye, get out of my store." Several other customers came up to us afterward and said Nicole had treated them the same way. The way she treated customers felt discriminatory and was completely unacceptable. I hope management addresses her behavior and provides better customer service training.

  This location has been way too hit or miss. I feel like evening staff/meals are lacking greatly. I have had lunch here a couple times and from what I remember it wasn’t as bad. Moving forward I am going to make the drive to a better location. Got a gift card for my birthday so used it tonight. Meat is actually cold. Didn’t put on a couple toppings. Some of the toppings portions are pretty laughable. Will not be coming back for the evening meal. Maybe lunch when I am in a time crunch.

  Awful!! Ordered 3 burritos and 1 bowl last night online for pickup. Got to window 5 minutes after pickup time and app said my food was ready and was told it's not actually ready but they are working on it now. He asked me to pull around to front and they'd bring it out. 20 minutes later I still hadn't received food so I drove back around to window. The scrawny little kid rudely says to me, "can't you see we are busy". I waited another 10+ minutes at window because I said I wasn't moving again. Food was given to me by a different employee and when I got home none of the burritos had any meat in them at all and none were even labeled as to my order. Needless to say, we threw all food into garbage because of this awful employees attitude we were not sure if he did something else to our food or not I'm pretty certain this was done on purpose based on how rude this child acted when I told him I've been waiting nearly a half hour and refused to leave the window a second time. I've had numerous issues with this location in regards to food quality, portions. and missing items. Very unlikely I'd ever order from this location again. What's sad is I also gave a tip when I ordered. Never again. No idea how this location will last without a dramatic employee overhaul!! Incompetence at its finest.

  When we heard this chipotle was going in next to the Hy-Vee we were all very excited my whole family since then we and everyone we know has stopped ordering here. It is terrible every time. I thought I would give it one more shot tonight to actually go in and order and the rice is half cooked and the chips definitely were not made within the last two days. It seems that the staff at this location either doesn’t know how to prepare the food or doesn’t care and it’s sad because this is very close to our house but we will not be back.
