  Crazy how this is a MAPLE GROVE location and it’s so dirty and disgusting and the customer service is completely obsolete. Meanwhile the Brooklyn Park and Plymouth location are clean and spotless and they’re customer service is always amazing. I think you guys need to reevaluate yourselves because this is sad how does a Maple grove chipotle have a 3.0? Meanwhile we have BP and Plymouth that have 4.3 or 4.0.

  In town for work and staying at a hotel near the restaurant. Went to Chipotle for dinner because they are usually pretty consistent regardless of where I visit them. Not this time! This is very possibly the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. Everything was bland. Chicken, rice, pico, corn.... nothing had flavor! The lettuce was disgusting & brown. Fortunately, I noticed before it was put on my bowl and declined it. The restaurant was not clean. It was an overall poor experience.

  I love chipotle but my experience today has changed my mind. The lettuce was brown and by the time I noticed it was already on my meal so I asked Steph if I could at least get a percentage off since it was not fresh they refused the chicken was extremely spicy to the point where I would probably have heartburn for three days if I ate it. My son also got a chicken bowl and same happen with his lettuce. I’m no genius, but I do believe it is great customer service to address and fix the issue or offer some sort of compensation. Three nights prior I had went there in the evening and they had no chicken no steak and no Barbacoa, So we left I think this chipotle needs to be under new management immediately. It is in a great location.

  The only good thing I can say about my chipotle visit today is the taste of my food. Chipotle never lets me down with the taste of the food. What my biggest problem was my service. I ordered my food on the app from this location at 7:35. When I arrived at the location at 7:45 I was expecting only waiting for my food for another 5 minutes. I didn’t get my food after asking about progress 3 different times until around 9:10 at a chipotle that wasn’t busy. If I was them I would’ve added extra food to my order but there was less food in my tacos than what i usually get at many other locations. The other thing I noticed, is how much of a pig sty this chipotle location was. The place wasn’t busy and there was trash and rice on every table. The fountain area was covered in ice and soda there was no more napkins or utensils. Speaking of utensils I wasn’t even given a fork or napkins in my takeout order. Hey chipotle HR, can we fire every last one of these employees from this location and bring better management. There is great service and atmosphere in every other chipotle in maple grove.
