  I ordered a chicken bowl with guacamole, and when I got home and tried to eat it, I bit into something hard. Turns out it was the bone, but I thought okay no problem and then the rice was undercooked. Everything thing was crunchy and gritty, I couldn't even eat more than a couple of bites and just ended up tossing it. What a waste.

  Food is good, service is good thanks to nice employees. Atmosphere is a NO I parked in the back as most people do and was heckled by a guy who appeared to be leaving while I was in the parking lot . I was so uncomfortable with this guy that I hid behind cars in the parking lot just so I could go in when he was gone. He made me so uncomfortable that I proceeded to walk all the way through the plaza and to the front just to make sure I didn’t encounter him. It was a beautiful day and I was excited to eat outside. I watched the whole time I was ordering through the windows to see if he was still out there so I could go outside and enjoy my lunch. Looked like he was gone but boy was I wrong. Three bites into my food and talking with my mom on the phone, here he comes out of no where. First to make small talk and then to harass me to order him food from chipotle. I was extremely uncomfortable that I was the only one outside and a woman while a grown man is out there cornering me since my back was to the wall. I went inside for comfort and safety… Surprise!! He’s back in there and and sitting at a table by the exit so people are forced to walk by him. I finally said can I just please get a lid for my food I just ordered so I can leave? I was so uncomfortable with him sitting there that I walked into what was clearly the entrance door with a group of men coming in because I didn’t want to walk by him alone. Why is he allowed to loiter and hang out in there and make women feel uncomfortable? As a paying customer, I didn’t deserve to feel unsafe in this situation because this guy clearly wasn’t a paying customer. The staff is friendly!! I really enjoyed my interaction with them but it would be nice if they stuck up for their paying customers. It’s one thing if I’m sitting outside and someone is there bothering me, I’ll move inside. But the fact that they could see I came running in because I was so uncomfortable and could see the whole thing from the window is wild.

  Crazy how this is a MAPLE GROVE location and it’s so dirty and disgusting and the customer service is completely obsolete. Meanwhile the Brooklyn Park and Plymouth location are clean and spotless and they’re customer service is always amazing. I think you guys need to reevaluate yourselves because this is sad how does a Maple grove chipotle have a 3.0? Meanwhile we have BP and Plymouth that have 4.3 or 4.0.

  I love chipotle but my experience today has changed my mind. The lettuce was brown and by the time I noticed it was already on my meal so I asked Steph if I could at least get a percentage off since it was not fresh they refused the chicken was extremely spicy to the point where I would probably have heartburn for three days if I ate it. My son also got a chicken bowl and same happen with his lettuce. I’m no genius, but I do believe it is great customer service to address and fix the issue or offer some sort of compensation. Three nights prior I had went there in the evening and they had no chicken no steak and no Barbacoa, So we left I think this chipotle needs to be under new management immediately. It is in a great location.
