My mom placed her order initially she had said the wrong drink, and the person taking our drink order asked her to clarify my mom said the correct drink. When we went to get the drink through the drive-through, the wrong drink was made we proceeded to tell the person it was an incorrect drink and ask them to please remake the drink upon remaking the drink. Someone in a purple shirt came to us to scold us to tell us we placed the wrong drink order and we needed to ensure that we always placed the right order when I asked for her name. She said I did not need her name when I started to record. She ended up leaving and leaving the young staffer to sit there and just look at us, we asked for our receipt once she noticed I was recording. She shut the window and walked away. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve called and tried to reach the district manager to file a formal complaint. Horrible service still cannot believe the way we were treated over a small coffee drink order.

The board in the drive thru says it’s 3.99 so assuming i order an extra cream cheese it should not be more than 4.99 before tax. Tell me why they charged me $6.99 before tax. $3 extra for a single ounce of cream cheese. I surely thought this wasn’t right so I asked and he said that it’s correct, I called surrounding stores and asked them how much it would cost for that exact order. I highest price I got was 5.29. Not even 2 miles away from this location. Why did I just pay 6.99 for that?
