Picked up the order to and got back to the office to find out we were missing the salmon bagel sandwich. Called them back to find out they were out of salmon. They never told us that when we picked up the order and in order to get a refund we needed to come back with the original form of payment. They could have simply told us at the time we picked up the order and could have refunded it at that time. They didn't try to make it right by offering a free bagel or credit on your next order. Just a sorry for your inconvenience. So disappointed with the Maple Grove location on Bass Lake Road. Next time we will go out of our way to go some where else.
- DHDavid HefnerJun 18, 20265.0Well the bangles are good and the coffee tasty, but the staff stole the show! The manager was training 2 young folks, he was kind to them, teaching them with honor and dignity. The new workers were all smiles and very helpful. What a great experience!
