  My experience at this place has been horrible each time I have went. This last time has pushed me over the edge and I will not be going back. I placed my order 45 minutes before I even started driving there because I know they are slow. Once I got there, one of the employees told me that it will be at least another 25 minutes because I placed it 10 minutes ago, which was untrue. My app said they were bagging it for over forty minutes. The service is rude and efficiency is even worse. I finally got my food 2 hours after I placed the order. Absolutely horrendous.

  When we arrived, we were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. Ended up being almost an hour. And then one of the 8 pc combos was 5 plus 3 little pieces. And they combined 2 different orders of wings into one container. The girl at the front counter was very pleasant and apologized for the wait.

  Don't expect to get your refund ever! Ordered a few weeks ago, go to pick it up 30 minutes later and they hadn't even started my order. So I sat and waited almost another 30 minutes, and they STILL had not started my order. They were short extremely short staffed. After having to physically yell into th kitchen to get someone to come out, I told them I couldn't wait any longer and had to cancel. They said they'd refund me in 5-7 days. It's been 2 weeks and no refund. I've called 3 times and there's never anyone there who can help, and I've never gotten a call back. I'm not the first person this has happened to either. I've heard of others in the same situation. It's so unfortunate that the management at a new establishment is so poor.

  We’ve ordered from another wing stop, and have been completely satisfied. Since we were in Mankato we thought we’d try this one, regardless of how new it was. It was a little longer wait, but I was ok with that, given this site is new. Unfortunately when we got the food home (40 minutes away), we found that the order was short; 2 orders of 20 each wings were actually 14 each, instead of 20 each. About four of the 14 looked dry, as if they were from a completely different order. I think we’ll stick to the wing stop closer to the south side of Mpls.

  Waited over 40 minutes for my pick up order and there was a guy waiting even longer than me that still hasn't gotten his 2nd order yet. He'd already been waiting another half an hour and then he asked again if they could please try and get his other one started and all of a sudden they made it in five minutes and just offered him a free drink. He was suspicious of the whole thing and very disappointed. Every walk in and call in order, one of the employees was taking ,she was telling them they aren't taking any new orders at this time or it would be minimum one hour wait to even place an order. Customers waiting had to let walk ins know how long the wait would be because all the staff working were in the back and wouldn't come up and greet anybody at the counter waiting. The guy before me asked a worker who came in to get their paycheck with 2 other coworkers who the manager is and she said they're not clocking in, they just came to get their paycheck. Then one of the young guys gave out a wrong order and tried to give the bag to someone else after the other person took it out of the store and back inside thankfully the manager that came in to pick up something caught it and told them they have to remake that and can't just serve it since it was already handled. The food was tasty but the wait time and service yikes!
