  I come here almost everyday for lunch and i order on the app to save myself time cause i like to take a quick nap after im done eating. Well i order on the app, it says its ready for pickup, i get there and theyre still making it. Why was it marked complete if they havent even finished making it yet?? Whats the point of ordering on the app when going thru the drivethru or ordering inside would take just as long? Your employees need to stop marking it ready for pickup until it is on the pickup shelf and actually ready for pickup. If this continues im gonna start using the other TB in town. I will raise the rating once this problem stops cause everything else about this location is great, just getting really annoyed cause it seems like someone doesnt know what "complete" and "ready for pickup" actually means.

  i normally never do this but after waiting 30 mins for a 3 car line, someone started talking to me in the drive thru about my mobile code , and then when i answered there was no response and they went ghost for over 5 mins. so eventually i said hello thinking the speaker bugged or something and they told me to chill out in a nasty attitude. they said it as if we were screaming or something. then after a couple more mins they start talking and just say “what do u want” ????. they coulda atleast said give me a moment or something instead of just going ghost? and then after like sorry for the hold up what would u like? ANYTHING other then what u want with again a nasty attitude. then after waiting 15 more mins i finally got my food and the whole order was WRONG. not one correct item lol. i don’t like making bad reviews but this was the rudest staff ive ever expierence, never said sorry, never said have a good day, nothing. most of them seemed like teenagers and i get they don’t wanna be there but damn?? so rude for what.

  Very nice, The wife and son both love this place. Never a long wait, and very clean.
