  I’m honestly pretty disappointed with my experience at Qdoba. What should have been a quick and simple visit turned into a frustrating and unnecessarily inconvenient experience. Alena was the employee helping me, and unfortunately, the way the situation was handled left a lot to be desired. I understand that everyone has bad days, but customers shouldn’t feel like they’re an inconvenience for simply coming in and expecting decent customer service. The interaction felt dismissive, and instead of leaving feeling like a valued customer, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. The most frustrating part is that this could have been handled so easily with better communication and a little more professionalism. I don’t expect special treatment, but I do expect to be treated respectfully when I’m spending my money at an establishment. I normally try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was inconvenient enough that I felt the need to leave a review. Hopefully management takes this as an opportunity to address the customer-service issues because experiences like this can definitely make someone think twice about coming back. I will be encouraging my friends and people I know to not come to this location I am in utter shock and this is a terrible representation of Qdoba thanks to this experience I think I'm going to stick with Chipotle.

  Im new in town and got recommendations to try out this place! Right off the bat it looked very clean and they were very welcoming. The young lady was polite and acknowledged me right away. She used a lot of old school manners yes ma'am yes sir that’s always a pleasure to see . She told me about there rewards and you sign up and get free chips and queso so that was cool! Let’s chat about the gentleman there very kind too and very respectful. He assured my order was correct And exactly how I wanted it which I really appreciate. They have plenty of options to choose from! My favorite part thou was there food was very warm and very WELL SEASONED NOWWW THAT TO ME IS A GOOD RESTAURANT! The guacamole tasted sooo fresh and the quesooo was delicious I’ll definitely be coming back . Thank you for a good first experience!! You def have yourself a customer here !

  Me and my wife went there for the first time for lunch. Staff was extremely helpful and even gave my wife a small sample of something so she could see if that’s what she wanted. Food was amazing
