  I walk in to pick up my food, and the guy preparing the food is using his bare hands. I was so grossed out.

  We order quite often for pickup and we are always warmly greeted and promptly served. Our pizzas are usually correct, except this time. Something went wrong with the crust, and there was over an inch of crust with no toppings on it. The manager called me right away and made it right. That's service worth going back to, not to mention delicious pizza.

  We received the flyer in the mail featuring their cheesesteak sandwiches with a photo showing at least an inch of meat and fixings. When we opened our box up at home from pickup delivery, there were so few fixings that the top and bottom edges of the toasted bun were closed all the way around. They literally dribbled tiny pieces of meat on the bread in an almost laughable way that would be funny if we hadn’t paid for this. It was mostly a grilled cheese sandwhich with a sprinkle of spaced out meat and a few onions and green peppers. Compare your sandwich with the ads. Because this was most definitely false advertising. I’ll attach the photo they use. What you get is nothing like the photo.
