  Brutal slow. Ordered online, and then waited 15-20 min for the food. Very very poor service, especially considering how expensive McDonald's has gotten now.

  Just had McDonald’s and the service was actually amazing food came fast, workers were nice, fries were fresh. But then disaster struck… my 10-piece nugget was actually a 9-piece. That missing nugget changed me as a person. I spent the whole drive home wondering where it went and if it’s out there living a better life than me. Great service, but I’ll never emotionally recover

  Went through the drive thru. First paid for 6 nuggets happy meal with extra honey cup. Got 4 nuggets, not the extra kids fry (got apple slices) and no sauce. When we brought it up at the window the manager who was a guy with dark hair dark eyes said super aggressively “they can’t take it back once it’s been handed out” no kidding you can’t, Still get me my extra kids fry my sauce and my two nuggets I paid for??? This was your mistake? So then they got a small fry for us and not our extra two nuggets. So sure they tried to make it right. Fail. Bad attitude from staff. No thank you from the girl at the window working drive thru. Customer service is awful anywhere these days.Don’t argue with the customer just make it right.

  We went through the drive thru this morning and This is the second time in a row we were missing a hash brown, picante sauce, and napkins.

  Use this all the time. Only hace ONE happy meal toy. Today took OVER 20 min to bring my order to the car and the girl (didn’t give me her name, ponytail and tattoo on neck) came that brought it even gave me attitude. I always order here and though the app. Never have i gotten such a terrible service.
