  Ordered food in the drive thru, get home and it’s the wrong food. Drive back and go through the drive thru again. they gave me the correct order. They must’ve knew they messed up before I got back because I get home to eat my food and it was clear it had been sitting there for the half an hour it took me to drive home and then back to McDonald’s. Cold fries and quarter pounder was cold and the bun was flat.

  love coming here! the app has good deals, and i am always given great customer service. today, there was a mess up with my order, and i was given the opportunity to come back and get another one made. nice managers.

  Most of the time something is missing from my order. Today I didn't catch it at the window because they love to stack items up in the bag. Their app is also useless for any kind of help with orders so I won't be coming back.

  Had to wait at drive thru speaker for them to finish an order. When they got to me they were rushed and kept trying to hurry me along. They got my order wrong due to trying to rush. I ordered Eg and Cheese bagel and got a bacon egg and cheese. So I was charged more. I wasn't asked if I wanted to round up to donate which I do everytime. Then I was told to go to window 4, which didn't exist so I stopped at 2, was then told I should have stopped at window 1. The whole experience was frustrating and annoying.
