  Honestly couldn’t be more upset, placed and order at 10:50 and restaurant says it’s open till 1. Drove 15 minutes to pick up food and as I got there they said “we close at 11 so we voided your food” I work in restaurants and understand this kind of situation but this is ridiculous.

  Good sandwich, everything else was not. Lobby had music playing, but when we sat down it was turned off. Felt like they wanted us to leave, soda from soda machine tasted off, decided to swap the sauce on my sandwich when i ordered, then sat and had an employee openly and loudly complain about subbing the sauce on the sandwich. Go to drivethrough if going here.

  Took an hour and 45 min to get an online order that I made because I’m sick. Absolutely ridiculous. If you’re going to take that long, don’t make the sandwich right away because it gets WARM. Should out to the delivery driver who took a swig of my drink, the lid was barely on and it was 75% full of a LARGE cup. I’m a minute drive and it took them a half hour to find the place after I left a tip. Ridiculous. Chips were stale, I had a warm sandwich and drink wasn’t even full. Y’all suck

  Won't refund missing food delivered by an Uber driver on an online order. There's no indication beforehand that ordering delivery on Jimmy John's website will lead to an Uber delivery; after placing an order you'll receive a text that the store has set up an Uber delivery for you. I understand they don't have drivers staffed at the moment. I only received half of a giant sandwich, it was missing ingredients, and when I called the store and spoke with a manager about this, they were confused why I was calling and didn't know what they could do. A 1/2 a sub isn't worth almost $30, that was supposed to be two meals. On a positive note, they sent plenty of napkins; probably enough for a Giant. P.S. Jimmy John's, I've already filled out the feedback form.

  Slowest delivery I’ve ever had in my life. Your motto is “Freaky Fast” but it took over an hour to get one sandwich, and I live only about a mile away. I couldn’t leave work for lunch, and I never did get to eat it because it took well over my lunch break to get. DO NOT order if you want your sandwich quick, because you won’t get it fast, this happened the last time and I figured id give it one more shot, and the results are worse.
