    The opening hours are off. I have tried to go to this place multiple times as it says its open till 1am on google maps and on the app. I showed up at 12 before and it was closed. Showed up at 11:15 and it was closed. Can we please get updated hours to know when this place closes. Thank you

    Won't refund missing food delivered by an Uber driver on an online order. There's no indication beforehand that ordering delivery on Jimmy John's website will lead to an Uber delivery; after placing an order you'll receive a text that the store has set up an Uber delivery for you. I understand they don't have drivers staffed at the moment. I only received half of a giant sandwich, it was missing ingredients, and when I called the store and spoke with a manager about this, they were confused why I was calling and didn't know what they could do. A 1/2 a sub isn't worth almost $30, that was supposed to be two meals. On a positive note, they sent plenty of napkins; probably enough for a Giant. P.S. Jimmy John's, I've already filled out the feedback form.

    We've been ordering from this Jimmy Johns for a long while- It's always a go to spot after a long day of paintballing but this location is hit or miss. We've had some really great experiences with this location but lately it's been terrible. If it's not having delivery drivers, waiting an hour for food, not fully cooked bread, missing sandwiches, chips, drinks, having wrong sandwiches, terrible drinks, no ingredients and awful costumer service. Today was the final time we gave this location a chance- And we won't be coming back. If you're REALLY dying for JJs just go to the Holly Ln location or nothing at all...

    I waited 52 minutes from the time of order to when my sandwich was delivered to my house. I live 0.6 miles away from the Jimmy John’s store. That is unacceptable. The entire sandwich was mushy and soggy, probably because it sat for so long before being delivered. I will not be ordering from here anymore.
