- CKCassie Kottke5 days ago2.0My hot food is usually cold here, but I’ve come to expect that. The staff today was terrible. I had to ask SIX TIMES to pay for the car behind me before she told me, “it won’t work! It’s a mobile order!!!” Despite this location being great, I would choose a different location if you’re looking for a Dunkin.
- TSTaylor SolmaApr 27, 20261.0My wife always orders the sourdough breakfast sandwich and asks that they remove the cheese because she can't have dairy. Well at the Rivefront Dr location in Mankato,MN they have not removed the cheese at least 4 out of the last 6 times she ordered the sandwich. I didn't make a complaint until the last incident where instead of removing the cheese they put two pieces on it! So I made a complaint on the app, very appropriately, and this was the outcome of that complaint. When I pulled up to the drive through window the worker said in a snarky tone "there's some coupons attached I'm sure you know what they're for" and when I looked at the receipt someone had circled "no cheese" and put about 5 or 6 check marks next to it. Now when I made that complaint I didn't insult the staff nor was I rude about it, but speaking to me that way then being petty and circling "no cheese" 5 or 6 times when y'all haven't removed the cheese when asked is disrespectful and unnecessary.

The ladies I've been served by are always quick to smile, leave encouraging quick notes on my cup, and have me back on my way so fast. They have become part of my routine of getting myself going on full or challenging days. Minnesota nice is a real thing. It's a blessing.
