  Workers literally moving in slow motion and were out of everything. Acted like it was an inconvenience when I asked for sour cream and she had to refill it.

  Probably the worst Chipotle in town- They are constantly out of at least one ingredient, whether it’s chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. Last time I went they were running out of rice so they gave everyone tiny portions of white rice to make it through the evening rush. The white rice will often be undercooked as well. I would recommend going to the other Chipotle locations if you can.

  2 out of the 3 times I’ve ordered from this location they mess up my order. 1st time they didn’t put any lettuce when I selected EXTRA lettuce and the portion size looked like it was for a child. 2nd time was tonight when I ordered a bowl for mobile pickup for my work break and paid the extra charge for queso and again selected extra lettuce to find there was no queso, the smallest amount of sour cream and barely any lettuce but lots and LOTS of cheese on top?? tasted so bland and dry. It was also ice cold both times as well even though I ordered it for pickup at 8:50pm and started eating it at 9pm. This location is an absolute joke and extremely disappointing. judging by the other reviews I’m not the only one noticing this pattern of cold food and small portions and therefore will not be ordering from here again.

  I haven't been to a Chipotle in a long time, but this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. The barbacoa is mostly fatty and gross, and the rice is hard and crunchy, obviously not cooked long enough. I don't think I've ever had rice this crunchy in my life. I'm glad I was getting my food to go, because I would NOT have wanted to sit in the restaurant. Every table was dirty, and garbage was piled up at least a foot high on top of the garbage cans. This was 9:00 at night on a Wednesday evening. Unfortunately, this is what I'm stuck eating now since I got it to bring with me to work. Edit to add: I couldn't get myself to eat more than about 25% of this. Mostly just ate the tortilla and scraped off the rice chunks.

  Employee was so rude for no reason and had no patience with me I was having trouble with what they were saying abt money and made me feel dumb js one of the employee not the other one but seriously she made my appetite go away.
