  Bowl, upside down, my burrito bowl / SOUP, dripping, over filled, sour cream was grainy, rice was in suck CLUMPS, I’ve never seen something so disappointing and gross from a chipotle in my life.

  I had a very disturbing experience at this Chipotle location. I am Black, and during my visit, I felt racially profiled by an employee because of my race. I was treated in a way that made me feel singled out, disrespected, and unwelcome, while other customers did not appear to be treated the same way. No one should have to experience racial profiling while simply trying to get food. Chipotle management needs to take this seriously, address the employee’s behavior, and make sure staff are trained to treat Black customers and all customers with dignity, fairness, and respect.

  Hear me out. Definitely depends on who is working on the shift. Do not try and order no later than 7pm because they are always out the corn tortillas and or chicken. It’s a hit or miss. I’ve had to get a refund so many times I know they think I’m lying but I have pictures to prove. I pay for extra and they literally give me a baby spoon of meat and load up with veggies. I am like ummm I didn’t order a veggie taco or burrito. The portions are already small for meat so I that’s why I order extra but to have 1-3 pieces of meat you bet I’m going to ask for a refund. I am not sure if they are getting in trouble based on what they use but listen up corporate if you are the blame then the blame lays on you. I’ve also order multiple times from the app or DD and it states they are getting it ready or it’s not ready when you stop in. Maybe it’s the app I bet it is. I thought the whole point of that is to be quicker I guess online orders get put to back which hard lesson learn. Overall I’ve only gotten sick 3 times here so I stop ordering because I definitely could pin it down after the third sickness to that location because on the 3 different occasions I ate with 3 different people and they also got sick. What’s the odds of that. Maybe a trip to that location for a full sanitization and maybe a follow up class on food prep and contamination is needed. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this. I just decided I won’t eat there anymore. I guess that is the gamble you play when you let others fix your food. I do recommend though maybe shutting down and doing a top to bottom deep deep clean it’s often nasty in there too and I don’t fault the workers they barely have staff and it’s quite busy. I recommend this for lots of place cause come on let’s be for real you have sick people working and well employees that probably don’t wash their hands either. Please get them more payroll so they can have more staff or possibly it’s a training issue or lazy!

  First the guy making the burrito bowl didn't know what tomatillo salsa was, one of the main salsas of chipotle. It was so loud when he asked questions I had to have him repeat multiple times and he never even spoke up so I couldn't hear him. The rice in our food was completely undercooked, my burrito had almost no steak in it, and he didn't know how to wrap my burrito so it literally fell apart in the bag on the way home. And the worst was the queso was literally rancid and almost made my girlfriend throw up. I used to love this place but it's been going downhill for a while now and this was the last straw, never eating here again.
