  For the employee whose prepared my Italian Footlong sub on Monday morning 5/11/2026. The worst sub ever. The sub barely had only 1/3 of the meat and veggies in it!!!! Other times were wonderful. Please educate this employee. Thanks

  One of the worse sandwiches I have had! I will NEVER understand how an employee can begin to make your sandwich knowing full well the bread is as hard as a rock!!!!! The lettuce was old. I tried holding a quick conversation with both employees & they were so unfriendly is was just a really bad experience.

  Staff always seem unhappy and give attitude, speaking after experience with multiple of the staff.

  YOU DIDNT TOAST MY SANDWICH!!!!! REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEETTT!!!!! Also, why is there a tip option on a pickup order?

  Went to counter twice and took forever to worker to come up. Already had issue with bogo footlong so worker was probably annoyed with me but everyone else who went to counter she came right out from back
