  When you place an order whether it is through DoorDash or the app for pick up, and you go into the store because you received a message stating that it was ready, but then you realized it is not ready. This has happened several times with me at this location so tonight, I finally asked to speak to a manager. When the manager came to talk to me, I explained to the manager of the situation and ask them for a reason on why this continues to keep happening, several times where they say the order is ready you go to pick up the order and it is NOT ready and the manager did not speak any English. They had to get somebody to help cause they didn’t understand English. I’m sorry, but if you’re gonna be a manager of establishment, in America you should be able to speak English. Another thing I would like to add is they never ever acknowledge you at the counter literally ever they just ignore you. You have to ask to get acknowledge to pick up an order and that’s usually about 10 minutes after you get there. One up several horrible experiences!

  Got the new blackberry passion fruit refresher is delicious. I would order it next time without the cold cream.

  Their sweet tea is always fresh and never sour so this southern transplant is happy lol. Food is consistently good, though even with me yelling they have trouble hearing me though the speaker.
