  ​I want to start by giving major credit to the two young ladies working—they were incredibly nice, polite, and handled a stressful situation with a lot of grace. On the other hand, there was also a young guy working who seemed completely disinterested and/or not trained well, which definitely didn't help the bottleneck. ​The location is clearly and desperately short-staffed. It took at least 20 minutes to get our food, and there were a lot of less-forgiving customers standing around looking pretty angry, making for a tense atmosphere. Fortunately, our order was 100% accurate and the food was fine, though it was clear from watching the lobby that other frustrated customers weren't having the same luck. ​Management really needs to step in, provide proper training, and get these workers some backup. The two front-line ladies are doing the best they can, but they shouldn't be left hanging like that.

  The twist cone machine seems to always be broken, service takes forever, didn’t get what we ordered, and our total was $14.03. Handed the cashier $20.03 and got back $5.97. I’d like to say it was just an off night but unfortunately this isn’t the first time for most of these things.

  Everyone who works here was crabby and we felt like our order was a burden. It’s your job, you chose to work there. I hope the owner reads these and I would like them to know the bad attitudes are coming from management.

  Didn’t flip my blizzard and refused to give me a coupon for a free one! Final straw. Culver’s would never disrespect a customer in this way..
