First time eating in new lino lakes chipolte. Not a good experience. First off, the place was a dirty mess. All counters and tables were dirty. Serving areas were also a mess. For a new restaurant, nothing was maintained. No one there to oversee operations. All kids. Atmosphere took our appetites away. I have seen this at many chipoltes. When everything is such a mess, you wonder about the kitchen cleanliness and the food being prepared. Needs on-site supervision.

Been to this location twice. This is the second time our double steak bowl has been not edible. Like the steak is cold, burnt, and not good. Not one piece of steak was edible. So I gave my husband half of my chicken. Last time the steak was burnt like shoe leather and gave the texture of bad jerky.

I really want you guys to be good, but it's hard to go here instead of the Circle Pines location down the road that tastes better (fresher food, better seasoned, brown rice not hard, portions more reasonable).
Please consider sending your staff to train at that location or having some workers at that one come and train in people at yours. Will try again at some point

We went to this location tonight for dinner during the dinner rush. There was one person working the food line and we ended up waiting in line for about 20 minutes. The kitchen was a disaster - stacks and stacks of dirty food containers. There was trash on the floor in the kitchen that the workers were tripping on and kicking out of the way. My burrito bowl tasted good but my chips were not just stale, they were soggy. I had asked to order the new advertised chili lime chips and the worker at the register said they weren’t sure if they were selling them and didn’t even try to confirm if they had them or not. This was probably my worst experience with Chipotle.

Let me start by saying that I love Chipotle. I’m a huge fan, which is why it honestly hurts me to leave this review. I was genuinely excited when I heard this new location was opening and really wanted it to succeed.
Unfortunately, I’ve now been there three times since they opened, all around 5 PM, before the dinner rush.
The first week, I expected some chaos with a brand new location, so I was willing to give them some grace. But they were already out of rice, fajita veggies, guacamole, and salad dressing. The soda machine was also having issues.
I gave them a couple of weeks and went back. This time, the kitchen was a complete mess. They were still out of fajita veggies, the steak was cold and had the texture of beef jerky, and the soda machine was still not working properly.
I went back again last night, hoping things had finally improved. Unfortunately, I was met with essentially the same experience: cold meat, no salad dressing, no fajita veggies, and I had to wait for rice.
I even asked one of the employees why they’re constantly running out of fajita veggies. One of the employees leaning on the counter just smirked at me. That interaction pretty much summed up the experience.
What’s especially frustrating is that each time I’ve been there, there seem to be two employees working their tails off while several others are standing around or just hanging out. Management really needs to get this location under control.
I want this Chipotle to succeed badly because I really am a super fan. I’ll happily give them another shot down the road, but for now, I’d recommend saving yourself the frustration and giving this location some time to get things figured out.
