  PLEASE KEEP SOMEONE IN CHARGE HERE!!! came in at 9pm expecting the same thing I expect when I go to the one off Lexington- old, cold and uncleanly but yk…chipotle. Ended up being presently surprised by how ready the line looked as well as how clean it was, it was also very good to see someone supervising the line and training those who there for closing. Food tasted fresh and warm (which was a shocker for it being an hour to close) we were also given a bag of chips on the house with the consideration of them just being tossed at the end of the night. The other location has too many kids not enough guidance on all levels, if you keep the structure and keep providing consistency we will continue to be back at this potle - way to go crew!!

  The team is definitely new. They were very nice, but very slow. There were some communication breakdowns that emphasized how new the team was. They should get it figured out. The food was good quality (due to the new team being more intentional), but portions are on the low side.

  Really nice location. It's easy to get to, the parking lot is a good size and the whole stop is quick and painless. It's a new store in a new development, so everything still feels clean and well kept, and the staff have been friendly and efficient every time I've come in. The one thing I'd love to see improved is portion size. Prices have gone up over the past couple of years and the servings feel noticeably smaller than they used to, which makes it hard to feel like I'm getting the value I used to. I know that's likely not something the team here controls, and I want to be clear it's not a reflection on the crew, who have been great. I've been a Chipotle regular for a long time and I'll keep coming back to this location. A little more generosity on the portions and this would easily be a 5-star spot.

  We had a great experience! Delicious food, great customer service and the restaurant was CLEAN! Only downfall is there really is not a lot of seating. But we went at a good time that was not so busy so no problem for us! We will definitely be back! Keep up the great work Lino Lakes!

  Atrocious! They gave me half a bowl and i still somehow payed 15 dollars for it. Not to mention its hard to even find a spot to sit with how little cleaning they do here. I hope they fix this so its a better establishment going forward. Crazy for a first week though
