The health inspector needs to pass through every now and again and take notes. This place grosses me out!!!! Here are 2 of many reasons why. 1. How gross is it to have someone/a server, using a broom to sweep, gloves on, and then come right back to the counter with the same set of gloves on ready to prepare someone’s meal. 2. How gross is it to go to the register to check a customer out, handle money, touch the unsanitary register, then come right back to serve and prepare food with the same pair of gloves on. I could go on and on, but will only speak on those for now. I BELIEVE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT FOOD HANDLING…..or you’re going to have customers come in and walk out, like myself and a few people I know or work with. Not to mention ending up with less than 2.4 Stars.🤢🤢🤢

We ordered two bowls for pick up one double meat and the other not. We got home and opened them the single meat one had half a scoop of rice and the container wasn’t even half full. The double meat did not have double meat and again the container was half full. This place is a joke since they’ve opened it’s been nothing but issues. Pick a different location to go too avoid this one at all costs.

⭐☆☆☆☆ This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The entire restaurant was filthy—dirty tables, food all over the floor, and the dining area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in hours. It made me question how clean the kitchen was. On top of that, they skimmed on every single ingredient. I paid full price for a burrito that was half empty. When I politely asked for a little more rice, the employee acted like I was asking for something unreasonable. The customer service was terrible from start to finish. The staff seemed annoyed that customers were even there, and no one was friendly or helpful. To make things even worse, every soda I tried on the fountain was out. They didn’t have any signs up or offer any alternatives—just empty machines. Between the dirty restaurant, tiny portions, rude service, and no drinks available, this was an awful experience. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely can’t recommend this location. Just go to el Norte to get a good burrito

My advice: Go to the burrito place across the street! MUCH better food and employees. I felt so bad when a Chipotle was going in when there’s already Panchos and the Burritas place but now I feel like they’ll thrive next to the worlds worst Chipotle. Not sure how this place has only been open for a few months, has had this many bad reviews (that I completely agree with) and hasn’t done ANYTHING to fix the issues. Close down for a week, RE-STAFF the whole establishment, TRAIN THEM on hygiene and , maybe drug test and get a grip! I thought the location on 694 and Lexington was terrible and this one took 1st place in the WORST customer service, cleanliness and overall “Chipotle” expectations. Who owns this spot!?!?
