  No issues with this location. The food was fresh and the new building was nice. I wouldn’t let other reviews persuade you from not going to this location!

  Ordered a salad. Had to dig for any kind of greens. There was a tiny handful and ALL of the ingredients were cold. SO disappointed. Don't bother getting a "salad" from here.

  Food is typically cold or way too salty. Staff are always crabby. Only a few I’ve seen happy. Portion sizes are small. When I ask for extra rice on online ordering they don’t do it. I even saw staff wearing no gloves while touching food. I’ve also had issues with them running out of food. I’ve had enough and feel like I’m wasting money here so this is why I’ve resorted to leaving a review. I wish it could have been a good review but unfortunately that’s not my experience here. The Baltimore location is much better than this one.

  This place is an absolute dumpster fire if I’ve ever seen one horrible service from the staff horrible way times and today the lobby is closed with no reasoning and orders are only being taken at the drive-through window wishing this location never opened in my area in the first place, we could have had a real restaurant in this spot. If you visit this restaurant, be sure to wait a long time and not get help from employees. Food is mediocre at best and taste different in this location. Being disappointed doesn’t even start to express how I feel about this restaurant..

  How do you run out of toppings? I get it, there are rushes, it gets busy, but seriously, how do you not know how many trays you have left? I witnessed a worker being harassed by a customer because they ran out of toppings, and the customer now expected a discount or extra protein, all the while the supervisor/manager preferred to stay in the back and avoid doing their job and handling the matter. Then, after patiently waiting to pay for my food, I discovered that I was LOCKED in the store (yes, someone had locked the front doors, leaving a line of customers and workers still inside). I was told by the supervisor/manager that I would need to use the side door to exit and that the front doors would remain locked until they finished prepping the out-of-inventory toppings. I felt bad for the 2 front workers and didn't say what I wanted to tell them, "RUN and get the hell out of there!!".
