  Couldn’t agree more with the other reviews! Worst chipotle in the entire country. Terrible, rude, and incompetent staff, horrible food, and dirty restaurant. Also told me there was a $5 minimum today which is just a lie. I would say do better but as it’s been almost a year of being open I’m counting down the days until they close and we can get a worthwhile business in their place.

  We have had consistently great experience at the Chipotle in Lexington/Circle Pines. It has always tasted great, they have always given us a good portion, and been pleasant to us. This is by far the best Chipotle experience we've had consistently. We're excited to have them in the neighborhood!

  I wanted to give this location, the benefit of the doubt but Quite honestly, some of the worst experiences I’ve had at a chipotle to date. We live close by and I’ve ordered from this location a handful of times. Both online and in person. We ordered here one time and they messed up our order so I went back and had them fix it. It was STILL INCORRECT. You guys weren’t even busy. Ordered online a today, And the bowl felt extremely light and the portion sizes looked absolutely pathetic. like half a portion of rice, and meat abysmal. I was still hungry after I finished my bowl. Your employees don’t even look like they’re happy to be there serving customers. Hire better employees.

  Very disappointing experience. My order confirmation showed an estimated pickup time of 6:40 PM. I arrived at 6:40 PM, but my order was not given to me until more than 30 minutes later. I showed my order to the first employee, and they simply said “okay” without checking for the order. I waited another 10 minutes and asked a second employee, who also said “okay” but did not actually look for my order. Finally, a third employee asked how long I had been waiting, took my order information, and actually looked for it. She found the bag, and it was clear that the order had been sitting there for quite some time. The frustrating part is that my order was already completed and sitting there while I was waiting, and two employees did not take the time to check for it. I appreciate the third employee actually helping me, but overall this was a very frustrating experience. If an order is ready and the customer has arrived at the estimated pickup time, employees should be checking for it instead of simply acknowledging the customer and doing nothing.

  Worst experience at Chipotle. For starters I ordered the new chicken bowl and chili lime chips and a regular chips with tortilla. I get home and zero meat in the bowl. Like how do you forget the meat ? The place isn't even busy. I was also missing the lime chips and would have ignored that but I can't ignore no meat. I go back to the Drive-Thru where the order was picked up and the guy was literally looking right at me doing pretty much nothing but wouldn't come to the window so I parked and went in. I asked the guy if there was supposed to be chicken with (I said the name of the new chicken item that's on the receipt that I'm showing him) and he says "idk" 🤡 I said well I'm showing you my receipt and can you tell me if meat is included and then he called his coworker over and he helped me and also agreed that there was no meat and he remade it. while the coworker just smiled. I was close to blowing a gasket honestly. So then I was going to throw the old order because I didn't have a lid and the lady was emptying the trash and I asked her if I could throw it in the trash behind the counter that's right there and she ignored so I went to throw it there and the guy stops me like it's a crime. He was useless the rest of the time but suddenly he was doing something I guess. Milking the clock. Anyway, I take the food home and as soon as I get to my door, the bag broke open and it all fell on the ground. May not be their fault the bag broke and maybe it was but I'm never going here again. I'll drive to central. I could probably get there and back before these lazy people even come to the window. Haven't eaten all day and just spent $17 with a TIP that's in the trash! Just pathetic.
