  1 star. I gave this location two chances to fix a breakfast Crunchwrap, and both times it was poorly made, with large clumps of bacon and egg and a hash brown that was overcooked. After driving home and then returning to the store to have it remade, the replacement was still inconsistent. The manager was dismissive and directed me to use the app, and my complaint received no follow-up. Based on my experience and similar reviews, this location appears to have ongoing service issues. It’s really not about the cost, it’s the lack of accountability that’s most concerning. I won’t be returning.

  1 STAR — Genuinely One of the Worst Experiences I’ve Ever Had I genuinely don’t know how a Taco Bell experience could possibly go this badly, but somehow this location managed to accomplish it. The food was whatever, but the employees were the real problem. The attitude was absolutely insane from the second I walked in. Instead of trying to help, they were acting like they were looking for a reason to argue with me. At one point, it genuinely felt like the employees were trying to fight me. I came there to get food, not to participate in a Taco Bell parking-lot UFC event. I’ve dealt with rude employees before, but this was on an entirely different level. The atmosphere was so hostile that I honestly felt like I needed to be careful about what I said because I didn’t know if someone was going to come over the counter and start something. The food took forever, the service was terrible, and the attitude from the employees made the entire experience completely ridiculous. Somehow I left a Taco Bell feeling like I had just survived a confrontation rather than ordered a Crunchwrap. Absolutely embarrassing. If this is how this location treats customers, Taco Bell might want to seriously reconsider who they have representing the company. 0/10 experience. Would give 0 stars if I could.

  I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this visit was disappointing from start to finish. The wait was much longer than expected, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. When I finally got my order, several items were made incorrectly, and the food was barely warm. The tacos were soggy, and it looked like they had been sitting out for a while. To make things worse, the staff didn't seem very interested in fixing the mistakes. I understand that everyone has off days, but a little friendliness and effort go a long way. I ended up paying full price for a meal that I couldn't really enjoy. I hope this location improves because I normally like Taco Bell, but after this experience, I'll probably choose a different location next time.

  If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Didnt give me my food. Hung up on the phone with me. I am starving and spent 57$ foodless. Don’t ever go to this place. Now I’m poor and hungry.
