BEWARE Beer Wings Sports Fans! Worst BWW experience I have had yet. A group of 7 went to the "SPORTS BAR" to take in the 49's/Chargers Thursday Night football game as two of us had ties to California and are fans. At first things started out OK, we ordered drinks and advised our server (Sarah) we were he to enjoy the game. She stated she would leave us be, but to wave her down if we needed anything, which was a great plan as we hoped to enjoy the game with some drinks and eventually food later. We arrived at about 6:45PM game at 7:00 and by 8:30 we were ready for food as the game was approaching halftime. Between the 7 of us we had between 1-4 drinks, one had only 1 white claw and the rest of us were drinking light beer 2-3 in the first half of the game. We took advantage of their featured 1.5oz shot (fireball) twice as well after the 49s scored. There were only 3 or 4 other tables and one person at the bar. They had already turned over the dining room chairs. After ordering food, which Sarah put in wrong the food arrived at our table (HOT WINGS) and we attempted to order another round of beer. Sarah advised it was corporate policy that she couldn't serve us any more alcohol, maybe for like 15 minutes. We questioned and she became very defensive. No one was drunk, no one's behavior was anything beside polite. We had been there for the entire first half of a football game and averaged 2 light beers, and 2 fireball shots each. We asked for the manager, whom l didn't catch a name, but looked more like a busboy than Manager. He proceeded to tell us we have had a lot of alcohol, although when asked how much he couldn't tell us without looking at the receipt. We explained many of us are in the industry and typically when someone is indulging too much we would bring waters for the table and encourage food, and we would base our decision on facts rather than speculation. Instead we now had a table full of spicy food with nothing to drink for "15 min". He did get us water, we finished our food and promptly left. This is not a Sports Bar (Beer-Wings-Sports is a joke! considering the first thing is only available on a timed release that both Sarah and the dish boy said was a policy that I have never run into at any other BWW or reputable sports bar anywhere.), and isn't a place I would recommend anyone enjoy any football game this entire season. I'm pretty sure I caught the bar tender shaking her head in disbelief that we were cut off also as their was zero reason to do so. I will never return as I was made to feel like I had an alcohol problem when I was enjoying my 1 night off of the week, drank responsibly and instead was denied service.

Food has become cheap over the last 20 years. It's not good at all any more.

Wednesday August 26th, we stopped in for dinner. We had tried about a month prior and we were told a 10 minute wait. We went back after 10 minutes and were quoted another half hour wait. So this was a second chance type deal. We will never ever be back to this location. Server took forever to even come after being seated. This guy had no idea what the heck he was doing. We ordered drinks. Then 10 minutes later an appetizer. Appetizer came before drinks. 15 minutes into app we finally got the drinks. He blamed the bartenders for not knowing how to make their 'signature' drink. Hard to believe. Then 2 minutes later the food came out. Server stopped by to ask if we wanted water... maybe when the drinks were taking 20+ minutes that would have been a good idea? Poor service. Food was decent at best. Skip this location and go to apple valley, at least they train their staff and the food is hot.

Food: Cheap quality, overpriced, served colder than it should've been. They have an "upgrade side to mac n' cheese" for 3 additional dollars for the worst mac n' cheese I've ever had. (Think cream and undercooked microwave macaroni.) Service: It took us several minutes to be seated despite it not being particularly busy at all. Our waitress was untrained, slow, and got several things wrong. Atmosphere: Cheap and plastic. Lots of TV's showing sports, which is expected from a sports bar. The music was insufferable alt-rock and overplayed pop from years prior. Until there is a *significant* change in quality, we're never coming back here. This establishment is lesser than a dive bar.

My boyfriend was racially profiled today at this location. It is so disheartening that such things are still happening! I will be calling the corporate office to make a formal complaint, but yeah I guess if you’re a tall black male. Probably should avoid‼️
