  The view over lake pepin is gorgeous!! Fish tacos, patty melt with garlic cilantro fries and housemade bloody Mary's = perfection!! Excellent food and awesome service!! Would highly recommend eating at Kelly's Lake House bar & grill!! 10/10!!!

  If I could leave a zero I would. Ordered togo and picked a time for food to be ready. Arrived, at time food was to be ready, couldn't find my togo order then made the excuse the kitchen it backed up. Don't except togo orders if you can't keep up with in house meals. Waiting for food and people walking out stating they waited over 1 1/2 hours for their food and they were eating in. Unexceptable!!!

  Beautiful views of Lake Pepin from the patio and one row of tables. Excellent food and cocktail quality with great service. The cheese curds and onion rings both have a light tempura batter that is delicious. The cherry applewood smoked brisket is exceptional. Maple pecan old fashioned was delicious (and reasonable). Highly recommend. Get there early to avoid the crowds.

  I must say, we were extremely disgusted pulling up to the dock. It was covered in bird crap. So much so I had to carry my dog and it got all over my brand new shoes. Tracking it on to our boat. As we got closer to the shore, we noticed a rancid smell, a lot of rancid smells. There was a huge dead fish carcass on the dock, seaweed for days. Something that has not been taken care of for a very long time. As we got up to Kellys we were greeted by other customers. Expressing their disgust about how horrible the docks were. What was very present, is that Kellys has made zero efforts in taking care, maintaining those docks. Why not put up a few owl statues, people statues, or dog statues, hire a teenager to come wash the docks. I don't know do something. I will not be going back to Kellys on the lake especially by boat. Very sad as this would be an amazing place. Needs some love. I would like to mention a couple positives. Our waitress was kind and tentative. I have been there for their buffet and it is ok as well. The views from the outdoor seating are beautiful. Kellys, I challenge you to try to put effort in the dock. As mentioning it to other boaters. They all knew about this. What a reputation to put out there. Its almost as if you don't want boaters coming in.

  Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. We ordered a soft-serve margarita and waited 15 minutes, only to be told they couldn’t get the flavor to freeze. We then ordered a different drink, which came out without the garnishes that were supposed to come with it. We also ordered a Polish sausage and were given the wrong one, covered in sauerkraut. After pointing it out, we had to wait another 10–15 minutes for the food to be remade. When it finally came out, the cheese curds were cold and tasted like sauerkraut. It honestly seemed like they took the cheese curds from the original plate and simply put them on the replacement instead of making a fresh order. For the amount of time we waited, the number of mistakes, and the quality of the food we received, this was an absolutely terrible experience. What made the experience even worse was that despite all of these mistakes and the extra waiting, they didn’t offer any money back or even a refund for the items they messed up. Definitely not an experience I would want to repeat.
