- NPNathan PeyerMay 3, 20262.0I attempted to place an order ahead at the Jordan, MN location, but that option wasn’t available, so I used the drive-thru instead. I had to repeat my order multiple times. I ordered two XL iced crafted presses with vanilla, but Danielle kept repeating the order back with malt powder included. Both times, I clearly stated that I did NOT want malt powder due to having celiac disease. When I reached the window, I asked again to confirm, and she responded, “why would it?” I tried to explain that there had been confusion at the speaker, but she repeatedly interrupted me by saying “HUH?” each time I attempted to speak. I then asked if she was okay, and she responded abruptly that people were talking in her headset and she couldn’t hear. Before leaving, I asked for her name. She provided it and then said, in a sarcastic tone, “I hope you have a really nice day.” If Danielle is a new employee, I hope this can be addressed as part of her training or probation period. If she is more experienced, this should flag concerns about the customer service standards, training, and leadership at this location.

They were very friendly and understanding and even came out to see the puppy. The coffee was as very good as always from caribu, and the service was excellent!

- JMJesika MillerMar 4, 20261.0It is common for you to pay nine dollars for an extra large drink and them only fill the cup halfway and they will do nothing to fix it every other caribou, that I go to fills the cup. This is the only one that leaves you with a half full drink and says, that's the way it's supposed to be.
