- RPRyan PetersonMay 7, 20261.0Poor service. I called a month ago to order a blizzard cake and was told that two days wasn’t enough time to make it ( that’s understandable). So for Mother’s Day I called 4 days ahead and was told it would be ready when requested. They took my name and phone number. I show up today to pick it up and after standing there for over ten minutes the manger comes out and says they sold it yesterday. After that the manger tells me that he can only offer me a different cake because he doesn’t have cotton candy blanks. The cake order process lacks organization and confirmation that the correct person is getting it.
