I’ve order online the 1 large topping cheese pizza, 6 piece bbq boneless with fries and Cinnabon mini rolls. I’ve picked it up and had the urge to check my box before I got home and I noticed there was only a four piece boneless barbecue wings in there which should be six. I’ve returned to the store and showed them the box and briefly had explained is not what I’ve ordered and I showed them online of what I’ve ordered. It seem like the answer was misleading, dismissive and inaccurate as he stated the deal comes in a 4 piece versus 6. The store’s menu boneless start at 6 pieces at minimum and it was a deal online for a 6 piece with fries which I showed them proof of the website as I went through it in front of him. There is a clear discrepancy that needs clarification. I do appreciate the one representative offered a free eight piece however I wanted to bring awareness for accuracy as it caused unnecessary confusion that could’ve been avoided.

Haven’t been able to eat out because of allergies for years and I was giving pizza stores a call because me and my lady used to do that and she’s a new mother so I wanted to bring that back I called a couple of spots and they said “wouldn’t risk it” and that was that but when I called over here Devin picks up and I go over my whole spiel again and he asks about the severity of the allergy and walks me though they’re allergen menu that list every little detail and ingredient and calls his people to double check and comes back to me to let me know it should be safe basically the fact is that he took the time out and effort to put our mind at ease for a simple cheese pizza that we haven’t been able to enjoy with a peace of mind in years shoutout to everyone at that store but specifically Devin god bless

Everytime I come here my order is always wrong and the pizza is overcooked with hard crust.

I attempted to give my 13-year-old mostly nonverbal autistic grandson the experience of picking up a pizza order. A female customer was waiting for her pizza order to finish. My order was prepaid and ready to go. The female customer told my grandson to back off. Through the window, I saw him move a good distance away from her. She told him to “back off more”. It was a cramped waiting area. After the female customer drove off, I went inside to assist my grandson. The young men working behind the counter immediately asked if I was with my grandson. They complained that he was too close to the customer that left. I told them my grandson was autistic and does not understand everything. This location is not friendly or autism tolerant.

Visiting Minnesota this weekend, upon getting my pizza, I should have looked at the reviews and other pictures. They apparently don't know how to make a pizza at this location. They constantly put sauce on only 70% of the (radius of the) pizza, and the outer (30%) edge of the pizza has no sauce, which means it has no toppings, which means you're only getting about half a pizza.
