  I been to this location several times and I order my Chipotle ahead 9 out of 10 times and go through the pick up lane as it is very convenient. Chipotle is great at never getting your order correct and if they do get it correct there is something else wrong with the experience as it was with my most recent order yesterday. Now, I greatly appreciate that the staff spend their time keeping the place clean but when I order ahead for a pick up time of 9:40 through the lane which 2 other cars ahead of me are also waiting in and have to go inside to get my food and wait some more because all of the staff are scrubbing away is kind of irritating. Manage the staff better so that half of them are working on orders and the others are cleaning so that customers don't have to wait longer than the alloted time frame given. That being said I didn't actually get my food until about 10pm after I pointed out that my order was sitting on the counter.

  no matter what time it is you stand there watching them clean then they finally make your burrito and then you gotta wait 10 minutes for the cashier. just to get a rice burrito with a side of chicken. this place is so annoying, I am so done with it.

  The food was great, but unfortunately some of the employees didn’t seem very friendly and appeared frustrated that customers were there ordering. That said, I have to give a lot of credit to Grace, who was working the registers around 12 PM on August 14th. She was extremely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. She was doing more than her share, including taking care of getting items for customers after asking coworkers to grab them. She handled everything with a great attitude and genuinely stood out as someone who knows how to take care of customers. Honestly, Grace seemed like she was doing the work of more than one person and showed the kind of initiative and leadership you’d want to see from a manager. She just didn’t seem to have the team support behind her. Chipotle should seriously consider recognizing employees like Grace and giving her opportunities to move into a leadership or management role.

  08/11/26 7:55PM called my guess that the manger answered with attitude after I called about them messing up my order forgot to add my rice and beans to my order hung up on me and won’t answer back after multiple calls will be reporting it to Corporate Customer Support

  The Chipotle location I recently visited did not meet my expectations. The corn was frozen, the fajitas were served cold, and the rice had a crunchy texture. I do not plan on returning to this establishment in the future.
