I was standing in line and instead of taking my order, three different employees were doing everything but taking an order, they didn't take my order until they noticed a line was starting to form. They will literally just watch you wait and don't care. as much as I live Chipotle this is getting ridiculous.

Finally came back and she had to order something else. My turn. Chicken Burrito with black beans. Now, no black beans. We got to the soda area and I have never seen such a mess of spilled food and drinks all over. The Coke came out clear. The other drinks like Ice Tea were empty. No Forks. This place is a frigging disaster. What is going on with this chain? The West St Paul one we went too is starting to look like a ghetto now too. Good Grief.

We watched the guy with a man bun and glasses wipe down the same area multiple times. When we finally received the order at 10:12, and I asked the guy why we were notified that the order was ready to pick up at 9:50, and he said that he bumped it to go to the front and that’s why it said it was ready. He said that they were busy and so that’s why it took so long. Still not sure why a single burrito would take that long. This location often gets things wrong and takes SO LONG! Chipotle—please change your system if it notifies the customer the order is ready for pick up when clearly it hadn’t even been started.
