  Check your orders - My husband and I placed an order on Thursday for a 10 piece traditional wing combo and chicken strips with Cajun corn. Once we opened the bag at home, we discovered they were missing the entire order of wings. We tried calling the store and received no answer. We couldn’t even leave a message because the mailbox was full. I had to eat chewy corn as my dinner. I just want my $20 back for the food I never received and I’ll consider updating this review based on the resolution.

  I really hate to leave a bad review, but my recent experiences at this place have been downright horrible. It’s so sad because some of the employees are very sweet and kind, but some of them should never ever work in customer service. Tonight, I placed an order, when my partner and I went in to get it, the order had been removed from the queue, and we were told that the order was not ready and we had to wait when it was sitting on the counter plain as day. The employee was rude to everyone in the lobby, even cursing at someone, and on top of that had an AirPod in while he was working. The last time I came in, we had to wait 40 minutes for a singular order of fries and were told that when ordering just fries, the order is pushed to the end of the queue. If this is correct, it is a horrible business practice. I am extremely disappointed and I will not be returning no matter what. If you are reading this review, same your time and money and go elsewhere! The wings are consistently greasy as well, but unfortunately this is one of the few places that are open late. An egregious food safety violation was witnessed as well. The employee used a paper that they use to line the fry baskets and wiped the sweat off his face with it. We did not see if he put it in the trash or not, but I am wary of eating these fries we ordered now.

  Incredible service and amazing staff! I picked up an order on a weekday last week and the guys stayed late after close for me to get there. Everyone loved the food. The employees went above and beyond and all deserve raises 🤙

  I don’t think anyone actually works here. No one picking up the phone to correct their error on a delivery order.

  The wings have been excellent. My wings have been labeled and perfect, juicy, and soft. Chicken quality is excellent.
