  Walked in on a Sunday night and they told us their machines couldn’t keep up with the rush they just had, so Blizzards would be soupy. How does a national chain not have equipment to handle the workload? I’ve never had this issue at any other DQ.

  Very disappointing experience. I arrived before closing, but the staff had already shut down most of the equipment about 10 minutes early. What made it even more frustrating was watching another customer receive a Blizzard right before me, only to be told that I could only order a cone because everything else was already closed down. If you’re going to stop serving menu items before the posted closing time, customers should be informed. Closing early and treating customers inconsistently is unprofessional and not the level of service I expect from Dairy Queen.

  What's up with the strange looking and tasting hot dogs. The hot dog looked old, it was a light yellow looking and super small. I wouldn't go back. There has been multiple complaints about the strange hot dogs so maybe you should do something about it before the health department comes.

  It seems myself and my friends, as well as many other customers were left with a horrible impression of this Dairy Queen. I am not one to leave reviews, let alone a bad one, and let alone one for Dairy Queen. I don’t know how this kid, who I think is named Cooper, has a job. He was incredibly rude during every interaction we had with him. We tried to order a couple of things which he very bluntly said “We don’t have that”. We were just sitting down at the counter and he says “ are you even going to order anything”? As someone who works in food service, I can’t imagine being so bothered by serving people ice cream. I think he’s due for a reality check. He can’t keep getting away with such poor behavior.
