- EMEnder MunozMay 5, 20261.0I went there to eat, and an older gentleman served me. They were out of white rice, and he told me they were not going to make any more. Instead, he suggested that I go to another location or order a different type of rice. There was absolutely no willingness to help or even ask me if I would be willing to wait. The customer service was extremely poor. Chipotle Mexican Grill has really become disappointing in terms of service, especially at this location.

Food was terrible quality compared to other chipotles. Nothing is stocked, the station is so sloppy, and the general attitude felt is the workers couldn’t care less about you and your food. It’s a chipotle! Not expecting a 5 star restaurant service from staff, but something, anything! Terribly represents the brand, will never come back to this location. If you want chipotle it’s worth it to drive the extra 5-10 minutes to the next nearest chipotle.
