  Place is trash waited 45 minn for our food then fries were cold lettuce was all old and brown calling the health department on this crappy store. Chisholm isn't any better time for new management.. ughhh disgusted 😒

  i try to give fast food grace with how long things take to come out, quality, etc but i placed a mobile order ahead of time, waited curbside for almost 30 minutes and when i went in to just check if maybe they just didn’t have someone to run it out so i could grab it myself i then waited at the counter for 10 minutes with nobody acknowledging me. i ended up leaving and cancelling my order. this location usually has great food but the customer service definitely needs improvement.

  Their hours a "open at 5 am" but that's a literal lie, their store isn't open and could randomly open from anywhere from 4-7am as I've visually witnessed. And sometimes they close 10-11pm also randomly. Seems like when they wanna give up and sleep in or go home early they do what they want.

  Worker brought out my food and my drink had a quarter of it gone and she goes that’s what happens when you order light ice. I’m like oh so you basically McDonald’s rips people off because you’re not going to fill it Mostly with ice and I’m sorry but I don’t think getting a little bit more ice then what she put in there would be a quarter of my cup.
