  Ordered a sandwich off the favorites menu with no substitutions and it was still made wrong. Freaky slow service. Bunch of kids working behind the counter with no help or supervision.

  Make sure you watch them make your sandwich..and maybe go back behind the counter and make it for them so you get what you ordered..I guess I can't fault them 100 percent because I should have looked at my receipt but I got it after my sandwich was made drove an hour home opened it up then threw it in the garabage...never again... man I was hungry...ended up at subway...and again equally disappointed...Rough night....

  Staff doesn’t pay attention to who comes in first and allows anyone to cut. I didn’t even get food because I was cut twice in line and wasn’t even acknowledged.

  We specifically sought out this Jimmy John's location at 5106 Miller Trunk Highway in Duluth because it was co-located with a Baskin-Robbins. We were so excited to see that Baskin-Robbins is making a comeback with its co-locations, and with my favorite sandwich shop!
