  The best pizza place in hastings by FAR. That trademark pizza hut pizza smell is to die for its genuinely so good. The cheese on the pizza is always perfect along with the perfect bread. Not to mention there are always a plethora of topic options and foods to choose from. This is a 20/10, not 10/10. Pizza hut transcends the game.

  One of the last great Pizza Huts! Full dine-in experience, great coupons, and a proper roof—very important. My daughter looks forward to getting her personal pan pizza every time (and so do I).

  Overall a terrible experience. This is NOT a classic pizza hut like it is advertised. There is a 'Please wait to be seated' sign but no one will seat you. You have to order at the checkout counter and then go seat yourself. They will not bring a booster seat or highchair if you need one - you have to get those yourself from the pile stacked in the corner. It's a small open floor plan that is setup like a fast food place. No server, no salad bar, no fountain machines - drinks are in a cooler and are 2 litter bottles of soda and one option of water (no juice, no milk, no tea, no lemonade), , you have to pick up your food at the counter when it's ready. They box everything in TO GO boxes even if you tell them you are dining inside. Cardboard pizza boxes, paper plates, plastic forks, plastic knives, and individually packaged parm cheese and crushed red pepper packets. The tables are so small and will not fit a family of more than 4 at the larger of the tables. The food itself was okay. The breadsticks were not fully cut so it was impossible to pull apart. They were flat and had no flavor. The marinara sauce that came with this was cold like it came straight from the fridge. The pizza was just okay.

  I tried to order on the app and there were technical problems. After attempting my order several times I decided to call the hut directly. I dialed the store phone number and was sent to a call center. The person whom answered used broken English and was hard to understand. My order was placed and I agreed to pay upon arrival. When I arrived my order of 1 personal pan pizza was not done. I waited. After about 6 mins a pizza, resembling the one I ordered came out. I watched Mark cut it, close the box and hand it to me. Wrong!!! I ordered green olives NOT green peppers. The only remedy offered was to have it remade and wait another approx 7 mins. There was not any vehicles in the parking lot and ZERO customers inside. Wow. Not a difficult order at all! No remedy offered, just the only option of spending ANOTHER 7 mins of my day that I hadn’t planned on spending. I sure hope my doctor won’t turn me away for arriving late to my appointment.

  Look at Pizza Huts website, it was listed as a classic pizza hut, im expecting salad bar with a soda machine, and lamps... Only thing that remains is the ceiling lamps from classic pizza hut... All of the culture is gone, all of what makes pizza the hut gone... Feels like a fast food carry out place not a sit down pizza hut restaurant... Otherwise pizza was great and bread sticks were also 👍
