  We ordered $72.00 of subs for children at 12:24 pm. The worker that took our order was fantastic and helpful. After an hour, we still did not receive our food so I called to see if there was an estimate of when our food would be here. The worker explained that there were five or six other orders and that our order was out. She asked if I’d like to speak to a manager, so I said yes. I voiced the same concern, wondering when our order might be here. To summarize our short conversation, the manager asked if I wanted some type of compensation. I was not calling for a free order or anything, but once I said, if you’re willing to give us some type of compensation the manager quickly recanted, and this is a direct quote… “It will get there when it gets there”. At that point, I decided to post this review. Not the Customer Service you would expect for “freaky fast delivery” We waited an hour and 45 minutes for our order to be delivered.

  We have been waiting for our food for over an hour. Subs so slow we don't go back. Canceled the order because I really don't feel like eating an hour and half old soggy sub. Waiting to see if we get reimbursed because our delivery status says it's been delivered. The manager was really nice, though.

  Barely any meat all lettuce and all the reviews the owner tells you to contact corporate.

  I placed a order for June and paid for it. So I can't answer all the questions.
