COLD CHAI COLD CHAI. i get to the window and the dude hands me a warm chai. i’m like i wanted COLD! the lady comes over and says you said hot. i’m like why would i say hot when i never ever have even got hot. I DIDNT SAY HOT. and like why are you even arguing with me? grow up. she comes back and hands me my cold chai. i try it. it’s freakin bland. tastes like cold nothing. like thanks. like ok ur mad? so am i. i paid 30$ for this crap and now ur gunna give me the bland crap. so rude. no matter how mad i was at someone i ain’t makin something u paid for worse because your rude. you never know anyones life and what their going through. i work hard for my money. im outside all year choppin wood. im not a crying little karen. im pissed. anyways my croissant was burnt to a crisp. im not even sure how this dunkin’ is even open still. who in their right mind is going to this garbage? i hate this place. i’ll never be back. I knew I should’ve just went to Caribou.

She had a hard time understanding what I wanted. The confusion made me forget I wanted to buy donuts for my coworkers so I asked to add it on at the window. I’ve never bought donuts here and didn’t understand how many came in a box, what kind I got, etc. - when I asked she responded “yeah, this is Dunkin’ Donuts” like I was stupid. Very obvious language barrier. Didn’t ask any questions after that, just said 2 dozen and left it at that. I apologized over and over again because I could tell I had frustrated her. Then, she handed me my drink and I immediately could tell it was wrong and the order on the sticker was incorrect. I repeated what I had ordered again and again at the drive and again to her at the window. She said “what do you want now”, WHAT? I asked her not to be rude to me and she snapped back and told ME not to be rude and that “I had cancelled my order 3 times”. Really awful. This management team has serious problems.
