  I understand that restaurants can be short-staffed and that delays happen. That's actually why I intentionally arrived 20 minutes after my scheduled 7:50 PM pickup time. Unfortunately, my order still wasn't close to being ready. When I arrived at 8:10 PM, I was told there were three orders ahead of mine and that it would be "a good while yet." I waited until 8:25 PM, and they still hadn't even started my order. When I went back inside to check on it, one employee refused to even acknowledge me. This isn't the first issue I've had with this Chipotle location, but this experience was by far the worst. From my scheduled pickup time until the issue was finally resolved, I lost about an hour. To make matters worse, Chipotle's customer service was just as disappointing. The representative eventually refunded my order but never apologized or acknowledged the amount of time that had been wasted. A refund is the bare minimum when a restaurant can't fulfill an order, but basic customer service and accountability should still be expected. After multiple poor experiences, I've decided I won't be coming back.

  $3.50 for a splash of guacamole or any added sauce? $3.50 for a fountain drink? Chicken was burnt and chips were stale. Nasty open garbage cans staring at you while you eat. Employees bringing kitchen garbage cans outside through the dining room while we tried to eat and laughing while doing it. $47.00 total tab for a food line like subway? I will never visit a Chipotle again!

  Mobile ordering app took my money, but not my order. I was instructed to contact corporate. But their AI chat bot failed numerous times. Finally, a rep gave me a free chips, but it expired within 30 days. Awful customer service.

  Multiple times now we have gone before, during, and after dinner rush and they are ALWAYS out of stuff. Today I even asked the lady "do you have enough for 3 bowls and 2 kids meals" she said yea. Well we got the 2 kids meals, then my daughters bowl was less than a full serving and then she was out....instead of doing anything she stands there and waits for the guy next to her and tells him they are out. So he goes to ask the other line that normally does the online orders if they have any, mind you they just came and grabbed a bunch of meat from the line, and of course they were out to. So he asks the cook how long and you can hear him say 10-15 minutes. So the guy tells me that and the cook says no no tell everyone 10 minutes. Absolutely not! You always tell customers too much time so that its a nice surprise when its done earlier. Always out of something. Every. Time. I'm sorry, 430-6 you should ALWAYS have stuff firing, especially the popular stuff! This place has gotten ridiculous and we are probably done going here. Pretty sad have to drive 15 minutes for one that operates better.

  It has good food but you get kind of tired of being rushed through everything. I mean, you don't really get a chance to try to order your food. The way you really want it because it can't really washing it through. Are you done as I said, is this what you want? Is this it are you done that? All of it that is what you hear. Every time you go into one alone, places give a person a chance to figure out what they really want before rushing them through other wise. I do like the food some of it
