  I have officially had enough of Chipotle. I have boycotted this location for the last four months because the food and service have consistently been terrible. Tonight, I decided to give it another chance, and within minutes I was reminded exactly why I stopped going in the first place. This location desperately needs adult management and some accountability. Every single time I go, they are out of something—meat, rice, beans, you name it. How is it possible for a restaurant to repeatedly run out of basic ingredients? Staff should be paying attention to what is being used and starting more food before they completely run out, not waiting until customers are standing there watching them scrape the absolute bottom of the container. And speaking of scraping the bottom—tonight, the employee literally scraped the last pathetic bit of beans from the container into my burrito and acted like that was an acceptable serving. It was insulting. If that's all you have left, make more. Don't serve a customer the leftovers stuck to the bottom of the pan and expect them to be happy about it. Then there was the chicken. I was told the employee was "just cutting up the chicken," when in reality she had just put the chicken on the grill. So once again, I'm standing there waiting because they weren't prepared. The portions and preparation were just as bad. Nobody seems to know how to properly build or roll a burrito. Toppings are carelessly thrown in with absolutely no consistency. One time you get way too much of something, and the next time you're practically begging for the ingredients you're paying for. Tonight, I watched her put what amounted to a few pathetic shreds of cheese on my burrito. I actually had to ask, "Is that all you're putting on?" That's how ridiculous it was. At that point, I was so disgusted and frustrated that I left without even getting my own bowl. I took my family's food home, and of course, they immediately complained too. Their burritos were poorly wrapped, extremely salty, and had barely any cheese. This isn't a one-time bad experience. This is a consistent pattern of poor service, poor preparation, inconsistent portions, running out of food, and absolutely no sense of urgency to fix the problem. I gave this place another chance after four months, and I deeply regret it. I will NEVER go back to Chipotle again. I shouldn't have to stand there watching employees scrape the bottom of containers, wait for basic ingredients to be cooked, question why I'm barely getting any food, and then take home meals that my entire family complains about.

  Staff is great and friendly but unless you get 2 specific employees there you will be waiting a long time. Also for a place that isn't that busy I really do not understand how they are always out of something daily. I once came in 3 days in a row because I love Chipotle itself and they were out of items 3 days in a row! Luckily it never affected my food but it always feels awkward skipping a line of like 5-15 ppl because they are out of white rice/fajitas. Tbh i have never wanted to apply to be a GM at a fast food as much as this place at night. I always feel so bad for the staff because there is never any sense of direction. Its like zombies and I feel like any manager should be able to delegate tasks or move things around or even jump on the line if it ever gets slammed. Instead its always a bunch of kids just trying to get through the rush alone, running out of things consistently, and unsure who this owner is but looking through the reviews it seems like its been an issue forever and all they will most likely do is copy and paste the apology they give, give you some promise how it will change, and rinse and recycle. Someone please take over this place and help the staff instead of just writing "im sorry" messages and calling it a day.

  The morning staff is phenomenal. I go here 4 times a week when im in town. The night staff though? No matter what day/time/month this is by far the worst night staff I have ever seen and I go to various locations monthly. The staff is great in terms of friendliness but its always a guaranteed 30 minute wait. Once I waited almost an hour and just gave up and made myself a burrito from Walmart. Avoid this place like a plague after 4pm or bring a sleeping bag. I lived here for a year now and it has never changed. The 2 stars go strictly to the morning staff.

  I really don’t like to do negative reviews but in this case I feel it is very important. I tried three times to call in to.the Hastings MN store to talk to a manager to let them know that I found a cut off corner of a plastic bag in my queso. Chipotle apparently no lets customers call in to managers. Three times the AI agent could not find any way to connect me. It told me it could not help me. I am very surprised that Chipotle has left their customer notifications to an AI service that cannot handle a report like a piece of plastic found in their food. We will not be buying from the Hastings Minnesota chipotle for quite some time, if ever again.

  They are always out of stuff came in at 7:30 they don’t close until 10 had to wait 15 min just so they could make a bunch of online orders then another 15 min for white rice, they were out of chips and cilantro lime sauce and steak every time I come here they’re out of something
