Their first greeter line staff and their cashiers are always friendly and happy but main line staff has no clue or can understand anyone and you can tell their cook has a complete attitude when asked when things are going to be ready. Was ordering two bowls to go and she could barely understand the 1 bowl at a time. I used to love this place, this location is now on the back burner for me.

Watching them fall behind with a massive line while 4 people just stand there. It’s almost like they enjoy it. They have terrible portion sizes. Often run out of product. And when you reach out to management about a multi hours long wait for food. They don’t even offer a scoff. You are completely ignored. I did not yell at anybody. Simply fired off a couple emails. This store should be closed!
