  Waited over an hour in the drive line for our food idk if its due to the weekend or what but a bit ridiculous, thought they were supposed to be "freaky fast" what happened to that??

  An actual fellow named Jimmy, who works at this Jimmy John’s, continually gives the best customer service in all of Grand Rapids, the food is always great but the service with a joke and a smile is what keeps me coming back! (Even smiling and waving chipping ice from the drive-thru!)

  Got a free 8" sub for my birthday using the Jimmy John's app! Love that they reward their guests with a full sub sandwich for birthdays. They will keep me coming back with that for sure!
