  An actual fellow named Jimmy, who works at this Jimmy John’s, continually gives the best customer service in all of Grand Rapids, the food is always great but the service with a joke and a smile is what keeps me coming back! (Even smiling and waving chipping ice from the drive-thru!)

  I am extremely disappointed, I order my doordash in advance for lunch, and my sandwich arrived warm and all of my toppings and dressing were warm, pop was watered down. Not Impressed

  Awesome customer service. My sammich was accidentally made wrong, but they made sure to fix it right away. We appreciate the fast, friendly service, just PLZ bring back the DIJON mustard! 🤷‍♀️🤣
