  Super upset. Got off of work to go get lunch for me and my bf and they didn’t even give me his sandwich. Being I was driving I didn’t open the bag and check I suppose halfway could be on me but also the fries were rock hard, very disappointed. Time and time again I have noticed horrible service from the Grand Rapids location and they need to do better. It not just even one time it has been several I’m sick of wasting my money on the crap service.

  The food was a expected, it's Arby's nothing fancy but quick and filling. Service was odd, loud goofing in the back kind of chaotic, but at least they weren't crabby. Lots of space, big area but very much in need of new carpet and a cleaning/sprucing. Don't go often, maybe twice a year.

  Lobby was closed at 6pm. Worker... Poor guy was alone and stressed. We could hear him on the drive through speaker saying "Ill get to you when I can." Handed us our food and shut the window before we could ask for Arby's sauce.

  It was my first time at an Arby’s and I had a pleasant experience. It was practically empty when I arrived. They have a drive-thru but I decided to eat in. I got a Rueben sandwich which was absolutely delicious. They got a nice spread of hamburgers, drinks, sandwiches and fries. Food arrived fast as well. You can get your drinks and sauces to the left of where you order and pay too. It’s a very nice seating area and a decently long restaurant.

  Employees are loud and obnoxious. Not busy yet no sauces are filled and the front cashier can't count change.. I wont be back
